Irene was absolutely wonderful, warm, welcoming and personable!! Due to work my blond had been neglected for about 9 months and was in desperate need to get it back to the right color. She nailed the color and the cut!! I seriously could not have been happier!!

From the moment I walked in, I was immediately at ease. It was spacious and comfortable, and didn't smell like a traditional hair salon. I had Phoebe cut my long hair in perfect layers. She was so through and meticulous! I really loved how she did the face framing as well. She added a gentle conditioner to my hair before the balayage to keep everything protected. Jaden did my color and was so excited to work with me. She was so understanding that I'm a chicken when it comes to color changes. I showed her my inspiration pictures and said go for it. The balayage turned out absolutely beautiful, and I'm in love. I really appreciate both of them! I scheduled a future appointment and can't wait to see them again!

The staff here is friendly and welcoming when you walk in the door. I had made a mistake on my appointment time for an eyebrow wax and they were able to work with me. I was very appreciative and will definitely recommend!

Sandia Salon is *chef's kiss*. The vibes are immaculate. The staff is amazing. Caitlin literally performed wizardry on my eyebrows, which I'd share a picture of if my skin wasn't like "i'M tOo sEnSiTiVe." I always knew eyebrow waxing was my favorite type of rescue mission, but this was my first time having my brows tinted and I think I'm literally angry that I've been missing out. Additionally, Jaden was a truly great hairstylist (sorry girl, I jacked your IG photo for this, but for good use) and saved my mane from anymore of my unnecessary abuses. My social anxiety also greatly appreciates how personable everyone at Sandia is, like I might be cured of it for a week, not gonna lie. Thank you guys so much for the sheer excellence. 11/10, would go back anytime.

My first time at this salon, let me start by saying I am VERY particular & protective of my hair, my stylist Phoebe did an AMAZING JOB, she was so very gentle with my hair she did not tug or yank a single knot, did the cut & style EXACTLY how I asked her to, got rid of all my dry dead ends while keeping the bulk of my length & shape, she did a beautiful job on the layering, and a gorgeous color gloss. She used cold water to wash me (personal preference) when I requested it without batting an eye. Phoebe is extremely talented and very personable, we carried a lovely conversation throughout my appointment. She was ready for me right when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, the entire appointment was scheduled to be 2 hours and she was finished with me right on time, while also paying great attention to detail with no rushing. The atmosphere in the salon was lovely, clean and well decorated. The wash stations are extremely comfortable & intuitively designed, I have arthritis in my neck and I experienced zero pain while being washed unlike any other salon I have been to in the past where I have always been in pain while being washed. Price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the services I received. I will absolutely be returning, & I would recommend Phoebe at Sandia 10/10 to anyone in the Peoria area looking for an attentive, timely, very talented and personable stylist!!

I had the best haircut experience with Irene. She not only did a fabulous job, but was extremely knowledgable, accommodating, easy to talk to, and simply a lovely person to interact with.

I also had a very relaxing massage appointment with Jason. He, too, was extremely professional and I benefited greatly from the thorough treatment received.

Both visits were wonderful from start to finish, and I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend Sandia Salon + Spa to those in the Peoria area. The atmosphere is calm, yet energizing, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

I got my hair colored for the first time ever here, and my experience was wonderful! Irene was so patient and encouraging while I was nervously getting my bright red ombre done. She even let me come back at no charge when the color didn't turn out how I pictured after the first round. It turned out beautiful in the end!

My sister recommended this salon to me and I'm so happy I took her up on her suggestion!! Booking an appointment was a cinch and I was checked in right away after I'd arrived. I also really appreciate that Sandia Salon is open during later weekday hours as it can be difficult for me to find time for things like haircuts during the normal workweek. And of course, HUGE thank you to Jaden who was my stylist!! I decided to go with a new hairstyle (and needed a pretty significant trim!) and right from the get-go I was confident Jaden would be able to help me out no problem. She was super friendly and laid-back and always made sure I was happy with the way the cut was going. I had a great experience and absolutely recommend Sandia Salon to anyone who needs a fresh cut. After very tumultuous experiences with other stylists in the area, I was at a loss for where to go. I am so glad that I took a chance on Jaden at Sandia. Not only does Jaden have a great personality, she also did a fabulous job at achieving the look I wanted. As a naturally introverted individual, I typically dread trying new stylists as conversation can feel awkward or forced. This was not the case with Jaden. We talked so much that time got away from us and we didn’t even notice! Despite running over on my time slot, she did not let me leave until I was 100% satisfied with my service. I will definitely be back!

Brooke was so calm and sweet. The vibe was set immediately. lights off, smells were refreshing, and she was sure of doing good work. Will be coming back to do my eyelashes for sure!!

This was my first visit to Sandia Salon + Spa, and it was fantastic. Irene did a beautiful job and cut my hair just as I requested. She was very attentive and asked really good questions to ensure I got what I wanted. The Salon is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. The Salon is also extremely clean and very welcoming. I really can't believe the pricing is so competitive, while making you feel pampered from start to finish.

This was my first visit to Sandia Salon & Spa and it did not disappoint! The salon is beautiful and clean. The environment was very relaxing. And, Stephanie worked her cut and color magic as she always does. I was able to say "I need something new, this is what I'm thinking" and she was able to interpret that into a beautiful new hairstyle. I have received so many compliments on my new 'do and it's entirely because of Stephanie! Highly recommend!

Phoebe was excellent and went above despite me being 8 minutes late. I booked online ahead of time, and the time slot did not allow for what I wanted, even if I had been on time. I wanted a flatiron in addition to my haircut, but it only booked an hour. Maybe updating the website to include the type of style or more details might be helpful. I typed what I wanted since there was no option to checkmark it, but it still wasn't included when they scheduled my time slot. Her blow dry held anyway, so it worked out! 😊

I was so impressed with my overall experience. The salon was beautiful, clean, and had a welcoming environment. I had my first facial with Liz and she did a great job talking me through each step so I felt comfortable. She was professional and detail oriented during my service. She listened to my skin concerns and made it such a relaxing experience.

I love this place! They have excellent customer service and you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. I have loved absolutely everything they have done on me. Jaden is my hairstylist and she is great with hair coloring, haircut, and hairstyling.

I had a hair cut with Irene. She was very helpful to help me decide what was the best style for my hair. She's very sweet and she's always present taking care of her own business. I had a great experience and would recommend to everyone in town. This is a fabulous local business with professional and knowledgeable staff!
