Frida Room Lincoln Park

Excellent late Brunch on a Sunday with a party of 4 at 1:00pm. I've been to Frida Room in Pilsen and was excited to have a location closer in Lincoln Park.

The space is open and modern with such a great ambiance, and the menu is delicious, creative!, and boasts a wonderful balance between Mexican and American dishes. They were pretty busy and the meals took a while, but it was well worth the wait and the service was good overall.

Absolutely Love: Mexican Toast, Molletes, and the Azteca Coffee. Eager to try? The Art District Burger - (um excuse me, blueberry compote and strawberries with my beef? Sign me up!) - I'll update when I do!

Seems to still be BYOB and charges a $15 "corkage fee" - though I think it's working on the liquor license - it has an excellent bar, so I do hope so. Lovely for brunch and lunch!

Frida room in LP is fantastic!!! I came hungry for Chilaquiles and was not disappointed. The sauce to chip ratio was superb and red/green sauce combination was a great choice. Based on how spicy the combined sauce, the red sauce on its own is probably pretty hot. My partner ordered the enfrijoladas and said "they were just super tasty and would get them again!". Both dishes we ordered were beautifully plated and we really enjoyed the coffee options!

This place is great! Really good Mexican food, not many places can actually feel authentic but Frida Room really gives you that vibe. Lina was a great server and very attentive to our needs. Looking forward to coming back and trying new items on their menu.

Food is delicious! We ordered the molletes and enfrijolados and both dishes were really good food. The hot chocolate also tastes authentic. Staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely going back!

I loved the chicken chilaquiles! They are very authentic not the usual dry chips and salsa chilaquiles! By boyfriend had a breakfast sandwich and was very delicious as well. We topped it off with Mexican pancakes and were delicious! Price was worth it! I absolutely recommend.

Excellent service! Delicious food. The bar was not open yet (awaiting liquor license) but the coffee was delicious! Great place for photos as well :)

Delicious Mexican breakfast! The huevos rancheros, Mexican toast, and the fried tortilla with cheese were amazing and we loved the sauces at the table. The atmosphere was cool and decor as well.

The chilaquiles were the best I’ve ever had!! The strawberry horachata was refreshing and hit the spot. The service was incredible and they were as inviting as the wonderful atmosphere. Get the chilaquiles that’s the most important thing. I will be back.

Nice addition to the neighborhood! We were seated promptly when walking in at 10:45ish on a Saturday morning for brunch. Didn’t have a reservation. Service was great. Our waitress was attentive and patient when my family member took a bit to order. Food came out pretty fast. Very nice establishment. Would recommend.

I can't wait to come back to Frida Room in Lincoln Park, the service is amazing, prices is very affordable and the actual food feels like you are eating authentic Mexican recipes. I love the taste and the way they always improve the clients to make theme come back.

Picked this place to have a birthday brunch at because I had previously visited their Pilsen location and Frida Room offers BYOB. The staff was nice, food was good, the restaurant interior is cute, and they accommodated our party of 12 or so people. Wish I had gotten the name of our waitress because she was great!

I love this restaurant! I had authentic chilaquiles with delicious green salsa! This is true authentic chilaquiles not dry tortilla chips. My little brother had their art district burger I took a bite and was delicious too! I absolutely will be coming back. The servers were very sweet and caring. Food was out on time no complaints.

Staff is awesome! My husband has a severe peanut allergy and even though they don’t fry in peanut oil they made sure there would be no cross contamination! The entire staff was so friendly and happy to explain anything on the menu. A must go place if your visiting Chicago or a regular.

Great brunch. Cool space and decor. We had the verde chilaquiles and huevos a la Mexicana. Both were 10/10. Will come back for sure.

This place is really good, I love the chilaquiles. Is authentic Mexican food and very nice place. They have nice music also. I recommend the one in Pilsen too. I drive all the way from the suburbs to come to this place!.
