I don't know why the bad reviews. This place is cleaner than most 7-11 anywhere around. Spic n span . Workers are welcoming.

Failed to treat me with dignity and respect. Despicable people exist here.

Don't mark your store as 24 hours if your employee is just going to shake his head at me as I try to open a locked door. Waste of my time.

This location sucks, just like the neighborhood. The cashiers were rude and unwelcoming, and the product I bought was damaged (it was cans inside cardboard packaging so I didn't see that until after I had reached my destination). If the cashiers had been cooler I wouldn't have minded the loss so much but it really rubbed me the wrong way that I chose *this* location. I regretted not going to the 7eleven in my own neighborhood.

It's a 7-11. All 7-11s are supposed to be open 24 hours but this place is not. They say they are but they are not. They pit a hand written note up saying closed for cleaning. Now I could understand that right. Close up for like an hour to restock the cooler, mop and stuff. But closing from 1am to 6am everyday IS NOT BEING OPEN FOR 24 HOURS. if your not open say it. Don't lie and say 24 hours if ur really not. Smh

The girl behind the counter is very rude and doesn't know what she's doing.

This 7-Eleven has a nervous atmosphere coming from the employees.

Absolutely despise one of your workers. Not sure of his name but he had a strong accent and was very rude as if he enjoys degrading women/being disrespectful to them. I went there today around 12 noon time and I might never go to a 7/11 again cause he ruined the experience for me. Like i really am a patient and open minded person I get it if you’re having a bad day but don’t take it out on others. If I ever saw him again i’d probably go off on him. I apologize this is a lot im just frustrated because i didnt do a single thing to him.

This is place is useless overnight. EVERY TIME I go there overnight this place is closed with "closed for cleaning" sign. I think whoever works there locks the door and takes a nap. I couldn't even see anyone in there around 4:30 am. I mean overnight is your prime time for business. During the day/night, I will just walk extra 2 minutes to Target and get whatever I want for less.

Do NOT go here. There are plenty of convienence stores within walking distance so it is easy to avoid. I purchased a product here and upon returning home noticed that it was not what I had asked for. I went back and attempted to exchange what was clearly an unopened product and was told that I needed the recipient. As is often the case at convienence stores I was not given one. I was told that this was my fault and I was out of luck. I walked a block to another 7-11 and the gentleman exchanged my product without question. I will never go back to this dump. Hopefully it closes.
