Cook County Health North Riverside Health Center

I started going to this health clinic in Cicero and continued with them after their relocation to North Riverside. I have been blessed with having Dr. Andoblo as my primary doctor for many years now, she is definitely one of the best doctors I have known. Also, EVERYONE I have had contact with at this office has acted in a professional manner. Just the other day, two ladies in the front reception area DALIA and CONNIE, both showed me kindness and extra patience by answering all of my questions and helping me with my many concerns regarding starting over with a new health insurance. I am extremely thankful for them. To those of you who have written unfavorable reviews, I am wondering what sort of attitude you had towards them. Treating others with kindness and respect is usually reciprocated. I have NO complaints during the ten years I have been coming here- only positive! They definitely earned a 5 star rating and more.

Reception is always kind and nice to me. Not sure why so many negative reviews. Also the doctor that I go to is always polite and competent, same with the nurses

I take my booster shot here .
They are very nice and fast service .
I did and appt but you don't really need it they take walkings.
Just call before you show up.

Friendly receptionists along with the nurses too, never had a problem in the times I’ve been here this past month. Security in the front was friendly as well, all around good experience.

Went there to take my first does of covid shot the receptionist was very kind and quick she was even able to schedule an appt to a closer location to where I live after that another lady walked us to a room with a nurse and the nurse was very kind answered questions we had and explained the process of getting the shot then they tell us to have a seat for 15 mins just to watch us to make sure we are okay after that we went home but everything was done quick but with care. They also accept walk ins.

Very good service, quick and very understanding workers. They are also very kind and understanding of my disability as well.

North Riverside Mall is many things at the moment the health center is covid-19, where you able to receive first and second shots from the Army Reserve.

I have been attending this clinic for years since cicero. I love them, everyone is so nice and helpful. I hate to see the reviews below because I know some of these are not true or written out of anger. I have seen so many patients come and mistreat the staff and instead of taking kindness towards them as they do their best to take care of all of us especially during these times of COVID-19. They become aggressive and abusive towards staff and even us patients. I feel that some of these reviews are being written out of pure anger because they did not get what they wanted. While patients like myself do not acknowledge them for the GREAT JOB that these ladies do on this platform. They are doing all that can with the resources that they can.

I wanted to tell you how much of a great job you Ladies are doing! And I know that the good reviews never make it on here but here is mine! People tend to just want to write bad but never want to write when it is Great! I have seen children be attached to the staff and staff ask how are you and your family but no one gives you praises. Here is my praise! I hope you all continue to do your hard work that you do and I am sorry for all that bad that you have to deal with. Just want to say you are appreciated by me and my family.

Spanish: Llevo años asistiendo a esta clínica desde cicero. Los amo, todos son muy amables y serviciales. Odio ver las críticas a continuación porque sé que algunas de ellas no son ciertas o están escritas por enojo. He visto a tantos pacientes venir y maltratar al personal y, en lugar de ser amables con ellos, hacen todo lo posible para cuidarnos a todos, especialmente durante estos tiempos de COVID-19. Se vuelven agresivos y abusivos con el personal e incluso con los pacientes. Siento que algunas de estas reseñas se escriben por pura ira porque no obtuvieron lo que querían. Si bien pacientes como yo no los reconocemos por el GRAN TRABAJO que estas mujeres hacen en esta plataforma. Están haciendo todo lo que pueden con los recursos que pueden.

¡Quería decirles el gran trabajo que están haciendo ustedes, señoras! Y sé que las buenas críticas nunca llegan aquí, ¡pero aquí está la mía! La gente tiende a querer escribir mal pero nunca quiere escribir cuando es genial. He visto a niños apegarse al personal y el personal pregunta cómo está usted y su familia, pero nadie los felicita. ¡Aquí está mi alabanza! Espero que todos continúen haciendo el arduo trabajo que hacen y lamento todo lo malo con el que tienen que lidiar. Solo quiero decir que mi familia y yo los apreciamos.

The wic people and the security are really nice and helpful that’s way their getting a 4 start but In the other hand the receptionist are really rude. They get mad just by asking them a question .

Pésimo servicio del personal no les importas tú ni tus hijos, la Única razón por la que continúo aquí es por el Dr. Khan para el 5 estrellas excelente pediatra, de resto las señoras de las ventanillas muy groseras y humillantes y las enfermeras siempre con mala actitud

Was turned away with my 1yr old because we were a minute late. Thats not the big issue. Scheduling department and front desk suck, nurses are ok. Dr. Khan the best pediatric Dr. very patient, professional and nice 100% recommend! I would hate to switch them to another clinic. But this one just keeps getting worst. There's alot I've seen through the years I've been coming here from patients being turned away, being yelled at while people are straight watching and listening in the waiting room. Registrar being rude at time of registration, being rude to the elderly the list goes on. I was seen for years when they were located in cicero ever since I could remember therefore I decided to get seen for my prenatal care and also have my children go there. I should've done some good research.
