Reviewers seem to be too harsh; the complaints seem exagerrated and seem to be blaming the wrong people. The healthcare field is under extreme duress, please be more understanding.

Online appointment, fill out forms on line. Just arrive at get you Covid test right leave. Results are within 30 minutes or less.

I needed a 15 min covid test. It was easy to register for an appointment on line, easy to find, and a quick in and out of the nice facility. I had my results before I was home.

Made an apt for Covid testing for my daughter online on December 30th. I showed up doors were locked with no lights on. I called the number and was routed to another office. The lady said she would help, no phone call back. I do not recommend this facility.

If I could give a 0, I would. This place is completely unprofessional. The young, female receptionist is rude, has a bad attitude, and it does not look like she is working. She seems bothered when you ask a question. On a few occasions, I wasn’t even greeted by her as I stepped in the office. I went to this place this occasion because there were no other appointments available with my doctor. They told me I could be seen at 9am when I called. I arrived at 9 and it was 10 and I still wasn’t seen. Please just give the correct information so patients don’t waste their time. Also, you should be able to contact the doctor to see if they are running late, almost there or just not coming in to work. And please train your staff to at least have manners and greet people so we don’t walk in confused and have to speak up ourselves. People don’t want to come in to an unpleasant clinic

i’m only giving them their 1 star because i have to. avoid at all costs they dirty and unorganized as far as covid testing goes. i made a 4:15 appointment on the solv app and waited outside the door to the clinic as many signs stated patients receiving covid testing needed to do. the sign also said call this number when here i called at 4:15 the time of my appointment and was told to wait 15 min for someone to come get me without them asking my name or if i had an appointment. 20 min after i arrived and after my appointment time i called the number again and watched as the receptionist declined my call to get back to whatever she had goin on on her computer. after waiting in the cold with wet hair for almost a half an hour i call again and luckily a different male receptionist told me to step inside. upon entering the female receptionist who declined my call had the nerve to ask if i had an appointment um yeah i did half a hour ago. so finally the same female receptionist takes me back im like yes finally here’s the best part yall she swabs my nose with NO GLOVES & WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS… after touching all types of surfaces including her own skin and hair. she only swabbed one side for less then 5 seconds and sent me on my way. i do not trust the cleanliness accuracy or ethics of this testing site

This place is awful. It’s a covid testing site which you register for in advance. When you arrive you check-in using your phone and it creates and waitlist, which is great. The problem is they don’t use the waitlist. I had an 8am appointment and was “first in line” on the waitlist. I assumed I would get a text letting me know it was time to come inside since it’s 17 degrees outside. That was not the case. A line formed outside in the freezing cold and that’s what was used. You also spend time standing in a vestibule where anyone leaving has to pass right by you. That’s absurd. I can’t speak to the quality of the staff because I left since I was concerned about my safety. This process needs to be improved for the safety of the patients. If you’re not going to use the waitlist don’t create one.

No provider at the facility during scheduled business hours, how are they open and no doctors are there

Terrible terrible service ,the worse receptionists and falsely advertising
