Great Service! They had everything that I needed all in one stop!

We bought a lift chair for my mother and they had a HUGE selection on display and even more in stock. The gentleman helped my mother to find the right chair (she's short!) and had it in stock and delivered it to her house (no charge!) the same day.

She also needed some bathroom items (shower chair, toilet riser) and they had several to choose from at a reasonable price.

My mother is very happy and so am I!

Had to buy compression socks for my Mom said no problem could order them- didn’t send the right color- went back to exchange and wouldn’t help me AT ALL these socks were $83 with shipping. make sure you keep all your receipts- and then maybe they will think about helping you. What a joke

I called to inquire about a specific product, zippered compression socks. The person I spoke with curtly told me we don't carry them and hung up.
I called another local shop and the young woman told me they don't carry zippered but do carry others and asked me excellent questions concerning my need, and condition. We discussed at length and she made excellent suggestions and advised me on how to be fitted to get the correct size and pressure for my condition.
It's a shame your rep couldn't find the time to be as helpful.

Refused to help over the phone even saying you're not helpful didn't persuade that lazy salesman to actually make any effort to assist

I picked up my cyro cuff machine and it was dirty, not to mention I took it to the hospital day of surgery and it didn't work so the Dr. Could not use it. The nurse left a note on it saying it was broke.
My boyfriend had to go somewhere else and bought me one. I will be wanting a full refund when it comes back .

Make sure you are sure if you special order something. They suddenly had a no return policy after the cart I ordered was too big and not maneuverable for my needs. They exchanged it but I lost $600.
