Dr. David McWhinnie is amazing! He has a gentle chairside manner & does beautiful cosmetic dentistry. I came in with a chipped front tooth & he magically bonded it to look like nothing ever happened. Looks perfect! He & his staff are very polite & respectful. Can’t wait to continue on as a new patient.

We have been seeing Dr. McWhinnie for 15 years, and he has always taken VERY good care of me and my children. He advises about preventive care, examines and cleans teeth. He also has a wide local referral network for other dental specialists such as oral surgeons and orthodontists,

Dr. McWhinnie is technically excellent and will not do extra work. He recently repaired a chipped molar but chose not to replace an old restoration. That saved me money and speaks to his integrity. I have been a patient for 30 plus years am grateful to have received his services .

Dr. McWhinny is a wonderful dentist and gentleman. He is kind and very gentle. He shares intriguing stories and you want to respond but it is very difficult with a tool in your mouth. He knows your records thoroughly and keeps you current with procedures and appliances.

What a wonderful experience! I actually enjoyed my cleaning today. The office staff is warm and friendly, and the dentist is highly competent as well as friendly and full of great advice about my teeth!

Him and his entire staff are amazing. Always on time with his appiomients and always helps out if there is a emergency. Im being honest and sincere when I say he's the best dentist. Dr. McWhinnie has been my family's dentist for years. He is caring and sympathetic, and always keeps his techniques and equipment modern and up-to-date. Dr. McWhinnie and his staff make the visit as painless as possible-- even pleasant. And their cleanings are so great that my teeth look like a toothpaste ad afterward. :)

Dr. McWhinnie always makes you feel welcome and will chat you through the procedures. During COVID, accommodations such as room fumigation and air purifiers are being used. Don't put off seeing your dentist. It's cool.

Dr. McWhinnie has been our family's dentist for many years. His office staff and hygienists are always very pleasant and work efficiently. The services we've received from Dr. Dave have ranged from the routine exams, cleanings and x-rays to crown replacements, tooth rebuilding and teeth whitening. Dr. McWhinnie is continually learning new techniques and approaches to dental care to use with his patients. We're certainly fortunate to have a dentist such as Dr. Dave to help manage our dental health.

Spent years bouncing around incompetent dental operations until trying Smiles of Skokie. They know what they're doing and don't recommend unnecessary work like most other places. Professional and honesty made this place my go to for dental care.
