Francesca's Intimo

Recently visited this fabulous restaurant for a work dinner. They service was amazing for our party of 15. We sat at a nice intimate table and had a family style dinner. The food and service was great! Started with bruschetta with garlic and fresh mozzarella. Fried calamari and salad. All delicious. Pasta with marinara and a white cream sauce. Perfectly cooked pasta. Chicken piccata - tender and juicy. Salmon with marinara - nice touch. Deserts to die for! Can’t go wrong!

Just finished up a great team lunch! The food was delicious and beautifully plated. The atmosphere was causal and pleasant. Our server Nati V was amazing! We will be back!

Margo made our night. She helped me choose my entree and anticipated out every need. Food is also legitimate Italian and supremely delicious. Dont pass this place up for garbage Italian.

Came in and was greeted right away Peggy was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal! I have a horrible allergy to onions and the chef prepared me an amazing dish that accommodates me! If i could give 10 stars i would

Francesca's Intimo is an excellent restaurant with creative, delicious food, attentive service and a most professional manager. Our party enjoyed everything we ordered and our server exceeded our expectations. The food is amazing, well-prepared and fresh. The atmosphere is fun and we look forward to returning in the summer months to sit outdoors. My only disappointment was the absence of Francesca's special four cheese ravioli which is currently not on the menu. The best ever! I did try the rigatoni with creamy tomato sauce and sausage and would return just for that pasta, it was the best I've had. Francesca's Intimo is a great choice for a wonderful dining experience.

Our family had a lovely meal at Francesca's; the setting is truly intimate and the food is delicious. Margo, our server, took care of us and ensured we had a joyful experience- all smiles and attentive. Definitely recommend the restaurant if you are in the North Shore!

Great place in Lake Forest. Nice intimate setting. Wonderful appetizer bread. As a vegan, got the salad, which was ok. I wouldn’t order it again. The vegetable minestrone soup was better though. The best part of the meal was the green apple sorbet…tangy and smooth. The server was really attentive and nice.

First time here and instantly loved Margo's energy and personality! She was an outstanding server and have great/ honest recommendations! Can't wait to come back.

Wonderful patio dining. Service by Juan was paced well and friendly. Great recommendations. Loved our cocktails. Split a delicious tart salad with lots of different kinds of lettuce, full of crisp vegetables and tasty light dressing. Walleye was cooked perfectly. Pasta with a light creamy vodka sauce, Italian sausage and fresh mozzarella was absolutely delicious. Bread pudding for dessert with caramel, gelato and berries for dessert. Soft and melted in your mouth. Will return.

Farrah was gracious, engaging and most of all helpful. We enjoyed talking with her! It was a great time! Amazing food as always.

Awesome experience here! Food was fantastic with a nice atmosphere for casual events or a date. The service was top notch and our waitress, Farrah was great. They took great care of my mother for her birthday.

Francesa’s was so busy on this particular Saturday! Margo was our server and she was phenomenal! She has multiple tables but was attentive and very friendly! It actually is quite a feat to be as busy but be so present and enhance our experience! Added bonus, food was phenomenal!

Always a great meal, and fantastic service. We travel past 3 other Harris restaurants to enjoy this intimate diner. Always greeted, “great to see you again!!” Feels like your family, and our server, Farrah , was awesome, we ordered different than menu, and it was perfect !! . It’s Friday eve, it will be busy. Yet we don’t feel rushed. We visit Intimo monthly Knowing we will have an amazing evening !! Thank You. See you next month !!

Cute establishment, a bit crowded-- the tables are quite close... that is my only criticism. Margo, our server, was exceptional from beginning to end. She knows every dish on the menu, has excellent recommendations, is attentive and jovial. She really made a wonderful dining experience for us. Each dish was delicious, but in particular the mussels and sauteed spinach were brilliant-- perfectly seasoned and cooked. There are so many interesting dishes on the menu, I look forward to returning and trying them all.

Loved our night of celebration at Francesca Intimo’s! The atmosphere was lovely. The bartender, Luis, kicked off our night out with his kindness. Scott, GM, took care of us when we had a reservation mishap. Margo provided excellent customer service, recommendations and special touches to our evening. Will be returning….thank you!
