Dr Passerman was very thorough as far as asking and addressing my needs and concerns. He seems very experienced and he is very gentle and doesn't rush you.
I appreciated that.
He also is not arrogant or pushy and appreciates your views and explains as needed.
His staff is very thorough and nice as well.

I do not recommend Dr. Passerman. I believe he didn’t know how to treat my common urgent care condition and therefore was dismissive and short. Fortunately I was able to get in touch with a friend's doctor who set me up with the correct treatment plan and I’m doing much better now.
