The salon as a whole was very friendly and kind!
Georgia does a wonderful job and does not disappoint! She took her time washing my hair as well as talking to me about what I wanted and how I wanted it cut and styled, loved the way my hair looked and felt by the end of the appointment!
Highly recommend giving her a chance!

Amazing!! I have been to so many salons in a variety of locations and identity is above and beyond the best. Mikala and Rebecka (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong!) both made me feel so special in my hair and the conversation. I’ve been sick and they’ve both fixed and perfected my hair so much it’s even better than before I was sick. They listened and discussed our hair goals and took meticulous time and patience to be sure I would be happy. I saw Rebecka today feeling like one cent and walked out feeling like a million bucks. The receptionist Tessa is also so sweet and kind, offering coffee and chatting with me. It’s always such a happy experience and I look forward every time I go back! Thank you so much, Ladies!

Took my girls here for the first time. They had Rebekah and Lauren. Both did fantastic jobs! Lauren was so patient and fun with my 6 year old. Her cut turned out so cute! Rebekah did a great job with my 10 year old. She cut her hair exactly like she wanted it and when she was done her hair looked great! We will definitely come back. Very happy!

And it's not afraid to talk to her customers. And explains different ways to do the hairstyle that I got.

Bailee was seriously amazing! I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind for a wedding and it turned out better than I could have imagined! My hair held up the entire night into the next day. So personable and friendly! I will most definitely come back to her from now on.

I can literally not recommend this place or my stylist Kara enough. After having my hair done by countless stylist I have never been as happy with my hair as when Kara gets her hands on it. She makes all my hair goals come true. Not only does my hair look amazing it feels amazing and never damaged. She really truly takes the time and uses high quality products when working with your hair.

The studio is also beautiful and has a fun atmosphere to it. All of the stylists and receptionists are friendly. Honestly such a great place all around.

I found Identity salon on a desperate whim seeing as I needed a change but was traumatized after my last experience at a salon. With that being said and discussed with Bailee she made sure my experience was completely different. She took my concerns and made me comfortable in her “ hair care “. I was unsure about what to do and how to get the change I needed, she sat and talked to me and helped me figure out how to take my random wants and desires and created a beautiful masterpiece! She was so kind and patient and literally flipped my world when I saw the final product. I can truly not say enough great things about my time with her, you’ll have to check her out for yourself! #hairgoddess

Moment I walked in Tessa M. greeted me and offered me any snacks or drinks while I waited. Very impressed. Rebekah was my stylist and she went above and beyond with the color that I wanted. She was very cognizant and sincere of what I was going for. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied before my appointment was finished. Can't recommend her enough.

Absolutely found my favorite salon, Kaylie is amazing at what she does, she managed to layer my hair beautifully got a curl to stick in my otherwise pin straight hair. But not only that she took me from over grown roots and red hair to a purple fade to hot pink in a couple or hours. The salon is always clean and very welcoming and the best is they are kid friendly and didn't mind my daughter joining me while getting my hair finished

Savannah is absolutely amazing! I came in after a previous haircut that I didn’t think could be fixed, but she blended it out beautifully and I will continue to book with Savannah.

Melissa saved me today. I got my hair cut somewhere else this morning and they did a horrible job. I called crying and Melissa got me in and fixed everything. All while making me feel so much better. She was amazing i will definitely return to see her. Thank you so much Melissa for fixing (Mallory i mean Valeries) crazy chop job!

I saw Samantha today for the first time and words cannot express how happy I am with the final results of my hair. I hadn’t had a cut or highlights in nearly a year, because I’m new to the area and finding a new stylist can be stressful when there are so many options out there. I’m so happy I came across her staff profile on the salon website as well as her social media that she showcases her work. She did amazing, my hair is.. I could cry I love it so much. Today I felt like having more of a quiet appointment and she was so cool about it. It was such a great experience.. I’ll 100% be going back to see her. Thank you!

Allison does a wonderful job! she’s super sweet, funny, and goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your nails. i’ll be back every 2 weeks. :)
