APSP has been a reliable and trustworthy source for me since 2005 when Mike guided us with the construction of our in-ground pool. This spring, Ruben and Kyle were here to replace our water heater. They did an excellent job! Thank you guys!

Aqua Pool and Spa has proven to be extremely knowledgeable and offer a great product. I had a new heater installed today by Ruben and Kyle who fully explained the product, how to operate it and were very meticulous on rerouting the plumbing to meet functionality and aesthetics of the install. Very professional company on all ends!

Aqua Pool and Spa installed our pool and we have been using them ever since. Excellent customer service and products. Jakob and Austin did a phenomenal job opening our pool for the season. Highly recommend!

Aqua Pool & Spa has been a great resource for me. They did a fantastic job on an in-ground fiberglass pool project for me in 2021. I've had a couple issues with the pool equipment since then and they have always been very responsive about getting it addressed hassle free. I use them for opening and closing services for the pool and they always do a great job and charge exactly what they quote. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Needed a part for my pool heater, their website has a messaging option so I requested help, had a very fast response. I told them the part I was looking for, they confirmed that they had it, and 3 minutes later when I entered the store it was already at the front counter waiting for me!

We used them for pool opening and closing service when we first bought our home and that was also excellent service with great communication regarding scheduling and pricing. The only reason we don’t use this service anymore is because we are very diy savvy and are comfortable doing it ourselves.

Between other solid reviews and my own personal experience, I know this is who I will be calling when it’s time for any major work.

Bought spa from APSP over 20 years ago...just opened it up for the summer. Technician "NICO" did a fantastic job, even waxed the outside walls! Looks and sounds perfect! Keep up the great work! And thank you, it is very much appreciated to get A1 service.

I’ve used Aqua for my inground pool for years and they do a great job! Matt, Nico and Dan did my opening this year and did an exceptional job, and were very professional and pleasant!

Update: 2024 pool opening was today and once again Aqua Pool & Spa did a great job! This year Austin and Kyle took care of the work and it was a great experience! They were cheerful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Like everyone I deal with here, super nice guys! All I have to do now is take my water in once a week to be tested [for free], and if they find anything i just follow their advice. I could not maintain my own pool without Aqua Pool & Spa Pros.

Nico was out to open our spa for the season. He did a great job, per usual! Explained the how & why of everything. Set us up for a stress free summer! Thank You Nico!

When they removed my liner, I was shocked to learn that the entire back wall had rusted - Really rusted. I had multiple contractors look at this. Mike gave me an option that was considerably more cost effective than the others. I was concerned. My wife urged that we work with him, and so we did. These are the after pictures before the work, and I will tell you they did an awesome job.... Everything is fixed. Were swimming and loving it.. Highly recommend.

This is our 4th year working with Aqua Pool and Spa for our above ground pool and we continue to be impressed with the timeliness of the appointments, quality of the work, and the professionalism of their in-store and field teams. We always get great service from Jason in the store. Jakub and Kyle opened our pool today and did a fantastic job of explaining what I need to do for the next couple of days as well as the full pool season. They also took the time to install our stairs before they left! This is the kind of service that sets Aqua Pool and Spa apart from their competitors.

New review: 4/10/24. After having issues with our pool equipment last summer, we knew we needed some work before pool season this year. We requested an Aqua Pool and Spa Pros evaluation. Reuben came today - just a few work days after putting in the request. He checked all of our equipment. He reviewed everything with me and made recommendations for replacements and repairs. Reuben even gave me a few suggestions for simple steps toward keeping our non-Aqua Pool auto-pool cover working optimally.

Aqua Pool and Spa Pros just opened our pool. Summer is here! The liner, water and deck all look amazing! All instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Huge thanks to Ruben, John and Kim for getting this done for us in plenty of time to celebrate Memorial Day with our family.

Ruben, Matt and Austin answered all my questions with opening/closing my pool. They were extremely patient with me as I had a lot of questions. This is my first full year with aqua pool, they did an amazing job installing the pool. We love it! Everyone that works there from the people in the store to the workers are super kind and compassionate.

My husband scheduled Aqua Pool and Spa for our pool closing. They were arrived on time and their work and attention to the details of properly closing our pool was superior.

Aqua Pool & Spa Pros have given us excellent service for our pool over the past 5 years. Their technicians are terrific and the store personnel are always happy to help with any questions or problems we might have. Today Ruben and Jakeb closed our pool for the season. They did a great job, arrived on time, completed all the work, and were very courteous and professional. As always, we are completely satisfied with the job that was done.

Aqua Pool has been our pool company since they installed our pool 20 years ago. They always do a great job for us. Today Reuben made a service call to our home, investigated an issue and ordered the parts for us. He was very professional and explained the problem to us. Thanks for always doing a great job!

Once again, the technicians from Aqua Pool and Spa, Ruben & Jakub, have closed our in-ground pool for the winter quickly and perfectly. We know when we open our pool in the Spring, it will be sparkling clean and easy to put back in service. We trust them with our regular service and opening and closing. Thank you!

We have now used Aqua Pool and Spa twice. As new pool owners, the first time was for the "Introduction to Pools". Ruben spent an hour with us checking out the equipment and explaining how to use it. It was the best $100 I have ever spent. The second time was yesterday when Ruben and Austin returned and put a sand filter in for us. Again, the professionalism and service was excellent!
