Donati's Pizza

We regularly order from Donati’s at the early education center I work at for lunches and staff meetings and food is always fantastic. But, the customer service is even better… recently we had and a issue with our food vendor and we need it 20 pizzas delivered to the school as soon as possible… Donati’s stopped everything and got us the pizza as soon as possible, the timeliness, the willing to work with us, and wonderful customer service will keep us coming back time and time again! I highly recommend Donati’s rather it’s for lunch or dinner, a family party, staff meeting, etc…. You will not be disappointed!

Far and away the best Detroit style pizza in Illinois! They know exactly what they're doing and the consistency is top notch. Haven't had a bad pie there in the 5 years I've been going. Don't miss out! Get it well done!

Pizza was awesome the service was good. The young lady there was by herself at the bar and running tables in the dinning room. So a server would have made it better.

This is a one-of-a-kind experience in Lake County being this is the only location around and we are fortunate to have this lone location up here.

Easily makes my top 5 favorite among pizza in Lake County and I don't get out here nearly as much as I should being I'm a pizza connoisseur and a foodie.

The staff are always super friendly, food is always fresh & tasty with reasonable prices and venue is always kept clean despite no dine-in during these dark days.

Will continue thru the new year supporting their business while enjoying great pizza & appetizers so keep making the goodies, guys!😎👍

It my first time here. Recommended by a friend. Would definitely return as the food was really delicious and staff was really nice. I liked how they asked on how I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend!

Oh em geez! This is the best pizza I’ve had in awhile! Visiting my daughter and the Navy Lodge suggested you - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Everything was amazing from the pizza, wings, and salad! Can’t wait to try something else from the menu while we’re in town! Did I mention super fast delivery?!?!

Delicious! I tried the deep dish Donati's with Alfredo, black olives and three cheeses (mozzarella, ricotta and feta). The flavor was awesome! Go big or go home! Never going to complain about an excessive amount of cheese 😊! The service was quick and professional. I would highly recommend Donati's when hanging around the Naval Base!

Stumbled upon this place during a long bike ride in 2017, and was very impressed by their helpfulness in describing all the selections (and local beer descriptions and tastings) and, the speed in getting your own unique pizza.
Just stopped back in 2018, and the guy actually remembered me, and talked more about my bike, and the one he was getting. Tried the deep dish this time. and it too was excellent.
Try this place...clean, friendly, helpful, and unique!

If I could all more stars I would. This Detroit pizza is out of this world!!

All of our pizza's were excellent!! Loved that I could build my own. They had great options for toppings and the craft beer was great as well. We were a bit overwhelmed in the beginning on our options and how to order but well worth it.

Went twice in 4 days while there for Bootcamp Graduation. Had Detroit style pizza and salad. Both were delicious. I'm back home in Georgia now craving it.

Good food, and quick service. The physical restaurant was neat with how it was 3 in one. Seemed a little pricey but, was good

The gluten free pit is amazing!!! I got the southwestern pizza with bbq ! It was great!! I will definitely go back !

Great pizza and great prices. Very fast out the oven. It's like a subway for pizza. Choose the type of pizza and the toppings and then they'll cook it for 4-10 mins and you're good to go.

My family and i very much Enjoyed our dinner here. Rher pizza was well cooked and flavorful aswell as Their Wing.

We were in town for our sailors graduation. The pizza here was amazing. Our sailors loved it too. Don't forget to get some ice cream. We even got some and it was -6 out. great customer service.
