I went to the Morris location for a set of new tires.
Alex waited on me and was knowledgeable & professional.
All four tires were mounted in only 35 minutes. Excellent customer service & experience.

Called ahead of time to see if they had availability for tire installation. We agreed on the time and as soon as I got there they took me right in. It took about 40 minutes for all four tires.

Older gentleman in the Morris, Illinois auto center fixed my tire that had a nail in it. He was excellent. Friendly & efficient.

Everything was fine but I think they need hire more people in the morning which is the busiest hrs people wait more then 1 hr just for oil change.
