Moline Family Dental

I was experiencing pain in upper jaw, had heard good reports about Moline Family Dental. I gave them a call, they got me in within 2 hours. Super intro & professionalism by Karen & Dr. Pirog. They presented me with an overview, a plan of action, & $$ estimate. Great work by office staff.

I felt so cared for from the minute I walked in. Everyone on their staff was personable and made me feel comfortable. I loved getting to learn about each step of the dental process, including the X-rays, cleaning, etc. Shout out to Karen! What a wonderful experience overall. I cannot thank them enough for considering the timing of my next appointment because I am a teacher! It can a challenge with our schedules. I would recommend their office to anyone.

This was the best experience I've ever had with Dental care. I'm a new patient yet they were able to take me and address my issue right away. Staff was kind and I felt immediately at ease and in very capable hands. My problem was addressed and I look forward to returning for regular dental care. Thank you!

Always have a positive experience every time I visit this place. From the moment you walk into the office the girls in reception are positive & friendly. The dental techs and hygienist are great, knowledgeable and caring. The Dentist is great listens to what I have to say, takes everything into account and comes up with the best care plan for my situation. He is very good at what he does. I used to hate going to the dentist but after going here, it is not so bad. They all work together as a team to make every visit tolerable and good.

Everyone is super friendly. Dr Pirog and Kimber do an amazing job explaining the steps throughout the Invisygn process. So happy we went with Moline Family Dental.

He is very patient, thorough, respectful, and does a great job with everything he’s done for me and my family! And his hygienist today (4/26/23) was OUTSTANDING! I ensured to tell her, and the Dr., on how amazing she was!

Everyone was very friendly. The nurses assistant Memory was the most helpful. She was always asking and making sure I was ok very often. She had a great attitude and great bed side manners. Over all the experience was great and will definitely be making that my dentist from now on. Already recommended to a couple family members.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I wasn’t a current patient, but I had an emergency situation and they were able to get me worked into their schedule that same week and only did the necessary x-rays and exam to address the issue at hand and were upfront about cost before the procedure. Everyone was kind and professional, and I will definitely come back again and highly recommend them.

I’ve been dealing with sever swelling for a few days. It go so bad this morning that I went to the ER and they did nothing to help me at all. However, once I called Moline Family Dental and told the receptionist what was going on, she looked for the earliest possible time slot and even offered to check if earlier ones happened to open up.

The staff was incredibly friendly, did so much to help with some trouble I’ve been having with my new insurance. The dental assistant was so kind and caring, I could tell that her job means a lot to her.

Finally, Dr. Hyatt was wonderful. He made sure I understood everything that was happening, and asked questions to make sure he understood everything as well. He gave me really great guidance on the next steps to take.

Overall, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I definitely feel better emotionally after visiting and will absolutely be coming back for future needs!

I have had extreme anxiety about the dentist for years. I had a dental emergency. I called Moline family Dental, they worked me in quickly. When I arrived to the office I was introduced to Karen. She was more then i could have asked for. She was the perfect fit for me. She was compassionate, put all my nerves to rest by explaining everything in a way it put me at ease. The dentist was great as well. I think I finally found my forever dentist. That's huge for me to say!

I am not one to enjoy the dentist but when I began going to Moline Family Dental it actually was easy to continue my care. The staff is always nice. Dr Hyatt is great.

Dr Hyatt was extremely professional! He did an amazing job! I’m beyond grateful for helping with my teeth. I have dentures now and am only 28 but he made me feel comfortable and did a great job. So happy I switched dental offices and found moline family dental. Thank you!!

Recently had a routine cleaning and exam. Lacey the Hygienist always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Both her and Dr. Pirog are very personable and professional. No complaints.

I love this dentist! I have only been there for 3 appointments but it's the best dental office I've been too in years. They are all so patient and friendly while also being professional. I would definitely recommend going here!

I called yesterday I had a tooth break off they me in today Friday 7/22 they were very helpful on the phone.I came in today to get the tooth completely pulled out and they were awesome they were not pushy as to see if I wanted other dental work. Dr Hyatt was awesome we all hooked around got my tooth out I feel they are very reasonable priced with my insurance. I highly recommend them. First time there and I was very impressed. They made you feel very welcome. Thank you !

I would highly recommend getting your dental care at this location! Every staff member that I encountered during my visit was very friendly and welcoming! The check in person went above and beyond helping to make sure my insurance was in the system by calling them because I did not have my insurance card with me, the clinical staff and provider took time to listen and hear my concerns as make me feel as comfortable as possible all while having a great bedside manner and getting me taken care of! The office is very nice and clean! Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received today and will continue to return to this location for my dental care! They have a great TEAM!
