Oak Street Health Joliet Primary Care Clinic

I had a positive experience. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I really like the attention that both the doctor and staff showed. I like the attention from the doctor. She asked questions I have never been asked by any doctor before and the most impressive thing was how much time and interest she took to hear what I had to say. I felt that I have found a doctor that cares.

I have had several appointments, for a check up, xrays, blood tests, imaging and each time I have been greeted and treated with the utmost respect. Each one of the employees have been kind, gentle, respectful and efficient. I would rate them at a 10 if there were enough stars

My doctor was very informative about what was going on with me. She made everything clear to me and I really appreciate and care for the Doctor Who cares about me.

It was a routine visit. I was approached about my insurance needs, probably because it is open enrollment and there is a push by insurance. I thought I was seeing a doctor, but I did not. I’m not sure of the position of the woman I saw. She was knowledgeable and caring. She expressed concerns over the things I declined, but respected my decisions. She went above and beyond to meet my needs for vaccinations needed for future travel. I have recommended this office to a neighbor.

Very confusing as I don't have Oakstreet insurance for the last 2 years but everything I call to make appointment I'm told I have to call Oakstreet and then I do and make appointment as I'm tired of Arguing about insurance so 2 day before my appointment to make sure it'd still for the date and always get told they have no appointment and the same thing happens they make another appointment and not sure why it never gets put on the l schedule. I always see my doctor every 3 months unless something come up but I'm never allow to make that appointment because the doctors don't let the schedule go that far out. It's really a pain but I like my doctor so that is why I stay!

I've been with Primary Care about 20 years & had some gr8 providers. Due to age, was changed to Oak Street last year & there have been some issues. Mostly the severe chronic pain that has not been addressed or resolved for over 5 months. I was sort of lost in the system at times being new to Oak Street & rollover of PA's, PN's etc. I seem to be taken seriously now. Pain is nowhere under control, but I'm finally getting tests done & praying for diagnosis & recovery.

I have been with Primary Care for years and due to turning 65 I am at Oak Street now, although everyone is kind I am treated as if I am old and have dementia ! Please be respectful and don't treat me like a child it is very insulting .
I think I want to go back to Allison on Essington

I was denied pain meds once again and the pharmacy promised to deliver my blood pressure meds to motel 6, they did not and have not.

I have been trying to get my mom's motorized wheelchair from them for over a month they don't do their job. I had to call them almost every day for a month and still 100 incompetent. DO NOT COME HERE. WORTHLESS.
