I love the variety of products that this store offers, if you can't find find something somewhere then this is the place to find what you need! I could literally spend all day in the store looking at all of the unique stuff they have and shopping the clearance racks.

Come here monthly & they're always helpful. The checkout people are great & make it easier to have a smooth transaction w/the many coupons/mailers that my elderly mother bring in. Very patience & positive!

I was in town for a last minute wedding gift for my niece and the manager here stopped what he was doing to assist me. He was so helpful that I ended up getting more than I was looking for. I definitely recommend this store if you're looking for knowledgeable and friendly staff in a clean and neatly stocked store which makes it even more pleasant to shop.

I want to report the excellent service I received from Tayler, he went above and beyond t see if sheets I wanted were in the store and then ordered what I needed. He understood quality of sheets. I addition he checked on line to confirm that a wedding gift I had ordered had arrived to bride and groom.

I certainly can see him in management of the store.

The store is very neat and well kept. Wasn't hard to find anything that I was looking for. Also has a great selection.

My father in law was just discharged from the hospital and is on oxygen. We went today to buy some things for his new home and he ended up needing a wheelchair and I was already pushing my baby in a cart. He and I were both overwhelmed, and an employee named Secura came with a wheelchair and offered to help us shop. I pushed my baby in the cart and she pushed my father in law in the wheelchair while he maneuvered his oxygen tank and helped him shop for almost an hour. We quite literally would not have been able to get the things he needed without her. She truly went above and beyond and other staff members were so kind and helpful as well. Secura was amazing and I hope she is recognized for her kindness and dedication to her customers.

I'm a 45 yr old man. Usually when I go to BB&B all the salespeople ignore me for some reason so I usually leave empty handed and go order from amazon. But today one of the associates actually asked me if I needed help and offered some great advise so I bought some pans and a steam iron (amazing, huh). Does anyone use the 10ft rule in retail any more? So if anyone is listening out there please.

The sales person was the nicest, most helpful person I've met this shopping season!! She's a throwback to what it used to be, should be before all these snotty, I'm-too-busy-on-my phone-to-help-you kids.

The staff was very nice and approachable. Knowledgeable in each department as far as I could tell. Store is very nicely put together and stocked well. Always enjoy bed bath and beyond, they have really cool stuff.

I hadn't shopped at this store in quite awhile, but I needed a shower gift, and the bride was registered here. When I was told that I could use their wrapping station and the FREE supplies to wrap the gift, I was almost in shock! I did not know they even had that service! It was wonderful, and the gift looked much better than it would have if I had tried to wrap it at home! Plus, everything I needed was right there at my fingertips: boxes, paper, scissors, tape, and even ribbon! I loved it! Will definitely buy more gifts at Bed, Bath & Beyond!

They had what I was looking for and your employee was so much help! Appreciate nice clerks! Will definitely shop there again! Very nice store! Clean, orderly, etc.

They no longer carried the item I wanted for indivdual sale. A manager over heard me say "Ok I am done here. They don't have what I came for." He asked how he could help and I explained they used to sell a certain item separate and I only needed part of the item. He went to the back, came out with said item and told me they have extras for replacement of incidentals to the floor items. So He gave me the item free of charge! Happy customer here!

Good price s, but the main item I went for had to ordered online. The store personnel we're very helpful but I am disappointed to have to order the item. Overall a good experience.

This store is generally clean; has attendant's to assist in finding items, which is helpful, as they have a lot! They honor expired coupons, which I can't think of another store which does that.

My fiance and I stopped in around 5 on a Sunday to set up a wedding registry (not realizing they close at 6 on Sunday). The bridal associate, Tayler, was being juggled between 3 couples and maintained a pleasant professional attitude. He got us set up in about 5 minutes and within a half hour we had gone through 3 departments. He was very helpful. He even stayed late with us to make sure we were able to get a good start. I highly recommend this location and Tayler for a wedding registry!

Awesome place to shop....employees EXTREMELY helpful... especially the wonderful lady who checked me out today 9/8/2020 in the Peoria, IL store @ about 3:30PM ! So sorry I didn't get her name!!!!!

Great store, a little scrambled today. Things were just not very well organized like it usually is. Still love shopping there. The workers are great and very helpful.

Everyone one was VERY helpful and nice. After a horrible experience at the Bloomington store we decided to try Peoria and very glad we did. Will definitely shop at the Peoria store again.

The clerk was very helpful. Instead of just telling me where a flashlight might be, she helped me locate it. My trip was quick and purposeful due to her extra help.
