Consistent service that is quick and friendly!

I’ve been coming here for over 10+ years - used to be my go too with my mom as a kid. Sadly, the past couple times I’ve went the service was horrible.

I went here to dye my roots. Price was a budget friendly cost but the girl unevenly cut my hair and when blow dryed - didn’t section my hair. I left out with wet hair in 30 degree weather outside. Completely insane. I rather her tell me she didn’t know how to do it.

Then came for threading and the person was so slow.

The 2 stars goes out to the owner because she’s always accommodating us in for a facial and other services on her personal cell. However, she’s not there when it’s time for the appointment and doesn’t get to witness the experience.

Probably the worst customer experience I had in US in all these years (men's section). The one doing my hair was constantly fighting with his coworker animatedly, the manager had to intervene and told them to finish off customer first. But he paid no heed. To top it, he also demanded tip in a threatening tone and when I pointed out the horrible experience, he was very rude saying not to come back again. Of course, I am not going to. Just wondering why non- Americans, especially those of Indian origin continue to visit here while there are many close by with much better customer experience.

Worst place to get a haircut, barber is rude, doesn't know what he is doing, just does what he know, waste of time and money.

Worst service ever, don’t give a second chance.

I won't visit again, messed up barbers and pathetic haircut.
