Kohl's had such a great variety of products at all price points, great sales and deals as well as super friendly and speedy customer service. I love shopping here.

I haven't shopped in the store for over 2 years. Just recently reopened my account with them in April. Until today, I hadn't been in the store. They had everything rearranged, and the store looked much more organized than when I had visited before. I like the Vanity Fair bras they carry, so I purchased 4 since it was BOHO second one. Also needed a new straightener, the store staff was glad to assist me in the location. I found a nice one on sale as well. Purchased a few shirts for a friend that were 75% off. Then, I headed to the cosmetics for heat resistance spray for my hair before straightening it. Everything was on sale. The only thing I didn't seem to see any longer was the jewelry and jewelry counter. I didn't ask about it. I just assumed it had all been discontinued or removed completely. The sales staff were very helpful and at checkout it flowed very nicely and all questions were addressed about a Kohls card and rewards.

I will definitely be back before another two years.

I recently found myself "in-between sizes," and needed to order several pairs of pants, jeans, capris, and shorts in two different sizes. These ladies did an awesome job and kept a positive attitude. I mostly visit Kohl's to return my Amazon purchases when necessary, so not sure this is a proper or fair review. First the staff that handle that return department are top notch...they on right on top of any issue that needs confronted. As for the rest of the store, I have shopped a few departments and will say the store is always very neat and clean. The couple of clerks I've had reason to speak to ave been friendly and helpful. So all in all, guess the store deserves 5 stars....oh, and prices are comparable to the other department stores.

Great Prices and Promos! When they say they give back, They mean it! We got 4 sonicare toothbrushes, originally $160, for only $40 with our discounts and Kohls cash! Can't wait to try them out!

This was my second time in khols ever and the first time I didn't buy anything I just looked around but this time I bought a pink Chaps shirt and it was half off so it was a great deal. I loved it. I love the clearance section. The service was fast and friendly and they try their best to save you money. Overall I had a great experience. Thank you khols.

I had to do a price check on a pair of shoes that were held for me after a sale was over. The manager on duty (Andrea) was very understanding and honored the price originally quoted. She was extremely polite and awesome! Love this store!
