My wife and I have been well served for decades by the Boot-Haan Insurance Agency on the west side of Kalamazoo.

Our agent, Chris Boot, has carefully guided us, now senior citizens, in all of our insurance needs for house, vehicles and recreational toys. He is informed, available and personable; quite able to turn all the legal mumble jumble into understandable form. We feel he has provided us excellent coverage at a reasonable cost.

The support staff has also been exceptional; on all occasions, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Just recently, when there was a misunderstanding on our part of an additional premium request by the insurance company, one associate, Sally, contacted the company about the circumstances for us. The outcome of her effort resulted in financial savings for us.
