Truck was there for a while but 2nd shift got him out quick

Appt at 4 pm, got there at 2 pm. Loaded and left at 3 pm.

The office is all the way down at the end of the building. Nice people inside.

Plenty of room, no overnight parking but you could probably park on the road on the way in since it's like 3 trucks wide. I have seen a lot of negative reviews but my experience picking up from here has been great. They took me in 3 hours early on a Saturday, docked and they started loading immediately. I was gone within 1.5 hours.

Reasonable load/unload times, but the fact that there are two different people who can manage the check in office there, and it still closes for lunch is aggravating when one could cover during that time very easily

Waste of time i sat for 9 hours and my load wasnt even ready load. Dont go there you ll waste the whole. The only reason i m giving 2 stars is because of this great 2nd shift manager that was willing to stay till 11pm picked my load and loaded the trailer otherwise i was going to be layed over and god knows how long i was gonna be sitting there next day! Thanks dude

This place is a joke. Checked in at 8am. Appointment was for 10:30am. Was told to come back at 10am. Got into a door and waited almost 4 hours to get loaded. Lady at the receiving window was rude. Been here twice. First and last. I guess they wait until you hit the dock before they start pulling the material and load you up. Typical warehouse that gets paid by the hour and doesn't care about drivers hos.

As was stated prior to my post, there seems to be a whole bunch of people who are not qualified or no capable of doing their jobs correctly. The women ar the receiving windows are borderline combatative when you ask them anything. They did not start loading me until 2 hours sitting on the dock. Only about 5 trucks tottal came into dock. Not busy at all. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I came 2 hours before appoitment but they are soo lazy .. forklift person was taking one skid out and then come back after 10 mins .. they cooperate 0 percent with driver ..

They're way too slow. It seems as though there is unqualified people working the shipping and receiving office. Only place I know of that requires you to present them your CDL driver's license that is only required by the law enforcement officers when breaking the law

This place is garbage...avoid at all cost....they go by appt only...appt @ 8am checked in at 0705 and was told to come back @ appt...the funny thing is...I'm the only driver here...plz...avoid this place @ all cost...just let my dispatcher know...never send me here again....

Arrived early and checked in at 10am. Load isn't ready until 4. Checked in and docked at 4pm. Load still isn't ready. It is now 8pm and they haven't even load one single product. Refuse this load if you can!

We came here two times to the receiving department, first time they took 4 hours to unload the 2nd time it was more than 7 hours. Avoid

Drivers stay away Unless you wanna wait in lines hours on end and being ignored by everybody that’s your place

Extremely slow to check in, they ignore you. She is quick to talk to other employees walking in office. If the employees would stay out of the office and work, the place would be more efficient.

4,5hr for loading they don’t care, very lazy people working there, avoid this place truck drivers if you don’t want to lose your day there…

Very rude people horrible service staff acts like it's a burden to do their job very unprofessional
