Tammy, my Hygienist is very meticulous and excellent in cleaning my teeth. The Office Manager, Kristen answers all my insurance questions, Lisa the Treatment Coordinator and the rest of the team Crystal, Colleen and Laurel) makes you feel welcome!!!

We loved our appointment for our 3 year old daughter! She is usually unsure about loud noises and new experiences, and felt scared about the dentist. The appointment went great, everyone was very friendly, the dental hygienist explained eveything in a fun and kid friendly way to her. The dentist talked to her in a very sensitive and friendly way. I'm so happy we found a great dentist!

Truly incredible. I’ve seen dentists all over the country (New York City, San Diego, LA, Boston) and I’d rate this one as one of if not the best. Everything was top-notch and the folks working there were amazing. When they did the periodontal check, they actually explained to me what the numbers meant (that’s never happened to me before)! I felt very well taken care of and so will you.

My son has only been patients for about 6 months now but both times we’ve brought him for his appointment, all staff are so friendly and attentive. The front desk staff, along with the doctor and assistants are so great with children and make the experience comfortable! Very glad we chose to bring our son here 😊

Great and efficient Dentistry. My first visit was a good one!

The office was inviting and professional. I was offered bottled water while I waited. My hygienist was friendly, informative, and made me feel important. They have an extremely thorough program, leaving nothing to chance. My dentist involved me in all the decisions, was upfront about what to expect, and ensured my care was complete with a referral. They have lots of appointment reminders, provide estimates for everything, and even gave me a great gift bag at the end. Overall a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend their services!!

Had 2 teeth extracted on 2/22 and was in discomfort a week later. My oral surgeon was not helpful so I called Dr. Tom. They got me in the next day and gave me the assurances I needed that it wasn't serious. After an x-ray, exam and a call to the pharmacy for antibiotics, I was told there would be no charge. I was overwhelmed with there kindness during an upsetting event. I can't say enough about having such a responsive and knowledgeable dentist. Thank you to everyone who listened and supported me during all my troubles!!

Today was a new patient visit for me, all of my concerns were heard and as a result the appointment went very smooth, , Dr Tom and staff are personable and the space is comfortable. Jillian is a keeper, she was gentle and kind. I think my daughter will be calling to set up an appointment soon.

Great first visit! A bit apprehensive about establishing care with a new practice after moving to the area, but the team was amazing! Very thorough and gentle. So happy to have found them. Can easily recommend to anyone looking for a family dentist in the area.

The whole experience today, on my initial visit, was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and professional, the cost was extremely fair and clarified prior to treatment. Dr. Clemente is very easy going yet completely professional. He took plenty of time discussing the pros and cons for the various options available for me and did not push for a decision right away. The treatment plan was clear and reasonable based on our discussion and there was availability to start within a week, but no pressure to do so. I recommend this practice very highly.

I had Dr. Tom repair a chip in my two front teeth and he managed not only do that but he also evened out my teeth, and covered up two white stains I had all my life! The way he managed to match the exact color of my other teeth was just amazing. I can now smile again with confidence and have received lots of compliments from family and friends about how beautiful my teeth look now. Thank you to Dr. Tom and his assistant, who provided her opinions on the shaping of my teeth. I have never had restoration work done before and can say with firm conviction Dr. Tom does precise and incredible work!! His receptionists even helped when my new CareCredit card didn't work. Thanks to all the staff for assuring I made a great choice in my dental care.

Midcoast Family Dentistry is such warm, caring, personable and professional dental clinic. Their knowledge, understanding and thorough oral care of their patients is phenomenal.
