Augie's On the Bay

Super awesome experience here, very friendly staff ,and food was just downright home brew!
Whether you're passing through, or a local, I definitely recommend it here! Great view of the lake too while eating outside.

Lovely Bay Side Diner open until 2 serving both breakfast and lunch to close. Very nice Bayside viewing from the attached dining room with reasonable pricing for their dishes. My Ruben could have been a bit heartier to my taste, I like a full sandwich. It was good but it could have been a bit bigger to have fries be an additional $3. Hot chocolate was warming and tasteful. I look forward dining at Augie's again soon!

Been going here with my family for years, always such an amazing atmosphere and amazing food that comes to the table so fast. The food is a whole other world of amazing, the Breakfast Nachos were so unexpectedly delicious and was a great way to start the morning. The location is also so beautiful by the water.

This place was great! The view of the bay is incredible. We were warmly greeted and seated. Abby waited on us. She was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and extremely proficient in her job overall. The menu is impressive. The prices and food portions were surprising, given the quality of the food. It’s clear to me as a business owner that all the people involved in this operation care about what they put out. A+, will be back and 100% would recommend.

This place is hands down the best joint for breakfast . The staff was so friendly and the views are amazing. They have fresh squeezed orange juice and the breakfast nachos were delicious! We're making a second stop on our way out

Amazing food, service and atmosphere! You have to try the Freshly Squeezed OJ and the Avocado Eggrolls. The cod sandwich was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

This place was fantastic. We all got something different and everything was extremely good. Like many area restaurants, though, they are experiencing a shortage in staff, but it was worth the wait. The attached picture was mine. Breakfast nachos. Yummy!

The pecan crusted chicken salad was excellent! Hostess was outstanding...pleasant and friendly. Waitress was good. Restaurant serves Pepsi products which is not my preferred choice but still a great experience.

I came here with my husband a few weeks ago and this is Definitely a breath taking place if you've never been to Oscoda..the view while eating is the best one I've seen in a long time. The food was great. The waitress we had was in a very bad mood & you could definitely tell it wasn't her day! But I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good Coney on the water.

We were from out of town and not been at Augie’s before and did not expect a lot but quickly changed my mind. The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and the food was Excellent. Had a great breakfast and they serve fresh squeezed orange juice!!! What more could you want from an eating establishment. Going there again for breakfast before we leave Tawas.
