LOVE this place. First asked for a quote because State Farm kept hiking rates with no actual service. Their quote was much lower and I made the jump. Russ and Michael are phenomenal and quickly answer every question I have and point out ways I can SAVE money. Recently I was hit by an uninsured driver and they were truly there for me. They kept on top of things and made sure everything was handled with minimum fuss to me. Honestly, switching to Russ Bereolos American Family Insurance was one of the best jumps I ever made.
