Best driver(s) ever!!! Imagine many vehicles being stuck in a snow storm southbound on Westnedge Hill...my driver was calm, creative and courageous. Help was on the way but he worked some miracles and we forged ahead to pick up more passengers. Thank you for going above and beyond and keeping your cool.

I use the Metro Connect service for doctor appointments where it's not advisable to drive after, such as the eye doctor. Buses are always on time and drivers are always pleasant. Metro Connect & public library are two millages I will always vote in favor of.

Most of the time the experience is unenjoyable due to seating or a lack there of . The staff, well most of them, actually work hard and care about the passengers. Grateful to have transit it's dependable and affordable

The security officers here are very helpful made sure I knew where my greyhound was connecting. Very professional very respectful in their duties as security personnel. Worthy of 5 stars.

I just recently started riding metro and have had great drivers and a great expierience. I let them know it was my first ride and the east main drive was a women and she helped me go to where I would get to next bus transfer. That wasso helpful and the bus drivers are great thank you for your service
