Terrible service, terrible at returning phone calls, this location was not about working to help me... all I was told every time I talk to my agent was you should find a different company because what are firm is doing to you is not okay and we're never going to be able to meet what you should be getting... What kind of customer service is that?? Well ok, now I have a great insurance company with added outbuildings being covered and my payment is over a $100 less.

I called a week ago for an insurance quote on my Dodge Journey. I was told that Dan would go over my info & call me with a quote. It's been a week. I was completely ignored... Looking elsewhere.

I set up a phone appointment for the next day to get a quote and no called no showed the appointment to give me the quote.
