From the initial phone conversation with Paul progressing through Pauly's assessment of where to optimally place the system in our house then installation by two employees (whose names escape me - sorry), the entire process was completed in a short time. Very difficult to reach. Seems like they are always on vacation. Today I called and Verizon said the party is temporarily unavailable. Our system has been installed for nearly a year and it turns out that it was never turned on and Clearwater has not been available after numerous attempts to get them to help us turn it on.
