Here is the truth. And you need to make changes. The wraps are not up to cool and crisp temperatures or warm if needed.
The lettuce is older and not crisp. The hummus was used with some spoon and that spoon has been sitting in not changed water, as it’s that soggy taste in my mouth between the lettuce being older side and the hummus and or maybe the beans in the wrap. This was ordered maybe an hour or less ago under Maria from door dash.
Please get it together! The store in Shelby township just opened and it’s wrap if made there would like surf your a out into the ocean far far away.
That’s a play on the tropical theme. So the idea here is pretty simple! Stop making messes in the spoon that enter hummus, and make your. Vegetable wraps more clean, crips, and care what your serving to another person! Care about tightening the wrap, and the sticker being put on right! Care about your work environment and care about the way you temperature of your food and such is presented to on that wrap!!!
Care about your work, and above all change those gloves more often, as I seriously could describe the taste of wet- sweaty- soaks in my mouth eat time I asked myself should I take another bite? It’s really disputable. I also know that for a fact if I said this in person I would NOT GET AN APOLOGY. Because no one apologies anymore to anyone…. Which is not okay. You get five stars for effort! But the rest is deplorable rubbish

Stg the smoothies have crack in them bc why are they SO GOOD. I would walk barefoot on broken glass for an island green smoothie.

Manager was loudly addressing staff upon my arrival(with a line of customers waiting to be helped.) Apparently she was short staffed and felt we should ALL be aware? However she did apologize, and honored a coupon that wouldn't pull up on my phone right. So that was nice :) thank you again!

We got lunch to go. It was so go. We got the chicken bacon ranch flatbread & the jetty smoothies. I’ve already been back again. It was great. I’ll definitely be eating here more often. Thanks Tropical Smoothie, you’re one of the best!

Great staff and delicious food and smoothies! They tend to get very busy and seem short staffed but they do the best they can. People tend to fuss over the small things. I was told that they make the orders in the order they receive them.
One time they had 20 smoothies or so and food to go along with them and I had to wait longer. Couple of the employees kept telling costumers what was going on and some understood and some didn't.
I've worked in the good industry so I understand how that goes. I come here a lot and I always leave satisfied! 😊

Well as I read these comments I can’t help but think have any of you worked in fast food since covid? Do you even have a clue what fast food workers have been through the past two years? Have you ever worked with three people while doing 4 thousand dollars a shift? I think they are doing the best they can, they are very overworked, tired and stress and people coming being rude and complaining about wait times or anything is ridiculous. Sorry if you had had a bad experience. It’s all kids that work there because not many people want to work anymore or there is no workers out there. If they could be fully staffed with people who wanted to work hard it wouldn’t be that bad. Give them a break.

Very chill place- stopped in to get a sandwich and smoothie. Both amazingly tasty.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

They are super fast at getting your food and smoothies out to you! Everyone is so nice! The place is clean.

The young lady took a lot of time with me as this smoothie was for my 87 yr old mom after dental surgery with certain dietary restrictions. My mom loved it , gave her a headstart on healing , while giving her healthy protein. We put it in the freezer and she ate that in between soup and stuff , now I'll be making them at home. THANK YOU YOUNG LADY ! 🥰MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL !!!

First time I have been here and I had the best experience! The cashier was super friendly and helpful and she offered to cut my child's straw so she didn't hurt herself. Manager was friendly too! 5 stars!

The decoration was amazing!
The smoothie I had (Sunset Sunrise) was delicious!
The staff were very nice!
The only bad thing was that the wait time was kinda long but it was worth it!

As I was walking out of the store I was holding the large smoothie by the top and the lid came loose and as I tried to save it I ended up dumping half of it down my shirt and pants. I went back in and we all had a good laugh about it, they gave me a couple of towels and replaced the smoothie free of charge. Thanks for going above and beyond and turning a disappointing experience, through my own fault, into a funny memory that ended well.

Pleasant atmosphere. I ordered a Beach Bum and added pineapple and kiwi. Without my permission my sister changed the original do get it ark chocolate that come in the Beach Bum to white chocolate. It was delicious. But now I HAVE to get it the other way! #FatGirlChronicles

Great food, restaurant can be busy but they get it done when you order online or at restaurant. Small inside, doesn’t have the feel that I would want to eat at restaurant, kinda plain inside and not a lot of tables. When people are waiting for their food most of the people take a lot of the seating while waiting. Good food other than that.

It was very busy but the staff managed the rush great and I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I would.

I always have had the best experience with the people working that are clean and well dressed, and super friendly. My family has food allergies and if you let them know they will clean the blenders to make sure there is no cross contaminants.... Love this place...

The smoothies are delicious! The staff was so kind! We lost track of time hanging out with friends and the staff was too polite to let us know they were closing! :-)

I love there supergreen ceaser wrap and they have the best smoothies not super sweet you can tell unlike fastfood chains the add extra sugar these are made like you done it yourself.

I'm almost insulting the brand by writing this review because it doesn't need me. It doesn't need me to sit here and tell you that this single establishment is the partly to my partly cloudy. It doesn't need me to tell you that it is my back rub after a long winter's day. Everyone already knows how fire Trop Smoov is. But I'll say it anyways: if you enjoy enjoying life, be here.

They're are wonderful smoothies are very very much good for everyone fruits and vegetables are good and or better than some of the store bought canned and fresh friuts and vegetable need different kinds of health problems and emotional, physical and mental , and medical THERE'S A SMOOTHIE JUST FOR YOU! ! !
