Little Caesars Pizza

If you've ever read any of my reviews you know that I'm huge on customer service. I've never been to This Little Caesars before this was my first time. After the bad experience that I had about an hour prior at the Richmond Michigan location, I had to go to Port Huron to get something anyway. I decided I would try this store. Let me tell you the next time I have to go somewhere this will be the store that I go to. First when I called through to place my order I actually talked to a live person and did not have to be bounced around by a teleprompter nor was I told I had to order online. The young man taking my order was super polite and very nice. I was greeted upon walking in and they actually made me feel like it real customer and like they valued my business. Everybody was busy and this was a very busy location. The food was actually really good I would say for Little Caesars it ranks up there with one of my top locations. Definitely check them out, the owners of this store should be proud of the staff that they have working there right now

I just wanna personally give a shout out to the young man who was working the counter tonight(8-16-2023) at 8pm. When I asked you to make a fresh pizza and bread with ingredients that haven’t been sitting out cause my wife just had chemotherapy and her immune system is weak right now so she can’t eat food that’s been sitting out for a extended period of time till she gets her immune booster shot 48 hours later. You guys accommodated my wife’s need and you told the cook exactly the reason why and then over saw the whole pizza to make sure it didn’t get mixed up in the chaos of the rush. Me and my wife thank you.

Needed a change in food. Bread, cheese sticks! Great!

We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with butter and parmesan all over the whole thing and I gotta tell you .... It was absolutely delicious! When my friend walked out with our order an employee came out and told us that he had handed us the wrong pizza. Less than 5 minutes later the cook came out with our pizza, and an extra bread stick, and it was hot and ready. The cook then came back out and gave all four of us in the vehicle a brownie for the inconvenience and told us that half their oven was down at the moment and it had been taking a while to fill orders. None of us wanted a brownie so our driver went in and traded it for another bread stick. We also ordered the stuffed bread sticks and they were absolutely delicious too.

It's not a huge secret that this Little Ceasers is a gamble going to. One time it's right on, other times it's not. Stopped going there because last time we got it, it was still doughy, saucy and cheese wasn't melted after asking for WELL DONE knowing they are infamous for undercooking everything. Swore it was the last time Little Ceasers got our money. Fast forward to today when we grab a pizza for a quick dinner. Called 1st. Spoke to a Bradley. Bradley was explained the last fiasco and he assured me that my order would be correct this time. Happy to report it was PERFECT. Both pizzas! Shocked. Deserved a shout out to Bradley for taking care of us. So thank you Bradley!

The staff was busy extremely busy but helpful fast and a bit entertaining.

We tried the pretzel pizza. It was different but good. Customer service is really good, it's clean, food is always fresh and hot.

I Loved and Liked it so much!

They do a great job here. I live about a mile from the Fort Gratiot location and drive to this one because it is a lot better. Its always cooked just right and they don't skimp on toppings. It's worth the longer drive.

Food it self was average for a little ceasars, no complaints there. Unlike most food places in the area, they have never messed up an order, no matter how many items, or how complicated the order. I always got what I payed for.

With this hectic time I know things can be difficult and yet chefler and the entire crew do everything to make the customers happy. Keep up the great work everyone your really do great thank you pat at chef and Steve and the hole crew truly you make it difficult to not want pizza everyday.

This Hot and Ready pizza was so dang good. Not sure what changes you made to the crust, but Wow!!!

Love the Taste of their Pizza, I love how friendly the entire staff is and one of the best things is I can be in and out of there in 30 seconds. No hassles awaiting you can be in a rush, stop in and be on your way and it's like you never even stopped. One of the best pizza places for sure.

Came here for a quick bite and the staff was very friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. The food came out exactly as I asked and we had no issues here. Parking lot has lots of parking and you should never have an issue finding a spot.

Order two bread stick and 2 pizza. A nice man behind the counter bought my kids and I pop to go with our pizza. He even took it to my car for me ! I greatly appreciated that!

Best hot and readys around. Staff is supper friendly and accommodating. A staple for our weekly regime or a treat/ short on time meal solution.
