I love going to Noodles and Company. The staff are always friendly and professional.

The food was very hot, fresh, and made to order. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Definitely recommend.

Always a good place to go with our family. The last time we did go the portions were a bit smaller and they didn't put as much meat as they used to. I understand that they need to adjust food/prices due to cost. But I would rather pay a little more then get less food.

I love the roasted garlic cream tortellini!!
It has zucchini bites, mushrooms, spinach in a creamy garlic sauce.
The service was good and polite and the
restaurant was clean as well.
I hope they keep this on the menu. ❤

1st time stopping here (daughter's request). I tried the pot stickers and they were good for the price. My daughter ordered butter noodles with shrimp which she seemed to enjoy. The woman up front who took out order and served us was very pleasant as well. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

Considering other Noodles & Company locations are generally packed and not as well staffed. The West Main location is stable and well staffed and has a constant but not overwhelming flow of business. 10/18 rate Joseph Richards the best looking and most skilled staff member 😁.

Always delicious noodles from here. The Wisconsin Mac and cheese is quickly becoming my favorite! 😋

First time, and I was very impressed with the food quality. I used the app, so the service can't be wrong. For a "chain" restaurant, this is GOOD. The salads are hard to believe they are from a "chain" restaurant. Going again...

Great customer service! Ben was able to modify my order for me because I'm on a special diet for surgery. He made everything easy and was very nice about it. Order was fresh and accurate! Thank you!

Fast and friendly service. Staff was great. They were on top of all orders, even curbside, and had great attitudes! Food was great as usual.

I ordered the mac and cheese with parm chicken as a quick pick up. When I got it, I realized they forgot to put the chicken on. I went back in and told them what happened. They said they would get me a side of the chicken. I waited patiently and the gentleman cooking, made me a whole new mac and cheese bowl with the parm chicken! I am so grateful and thankful!!! It made my day! I went in just wanting my little side of chicken they had forgotten and I got 2 dinners for myself. Going above and beyond! I truly appreciate it! God bless ❤

Update : still love this place! They have some of the best food and a great staff! They even have a mobile app to where you can order your food and they will bring it to your car when you arrive. Super easy and fast!
2019: Great food and great service! Love this place.

My girlfriend and I eat here probably 3 times a week minimum. The food is affordable and awesome all the time. The staff is great, courteous, and always treat even the youngest child with respect. I never knew you could do so much with just noodles. I can't think of a single place that I dine at more often than here.

Very good we'll go again. Had the steak noodles. It had larger noodles. Next time we'll order with smaller noodles.
Definitely want to try more of their dishes. People were very nice.

Very good place for a quick bite to eat. Is a little on the pricey side, but you certainly get what you pay for. Has a wide range of dish styles, making it a good place to eat for families with differing tastes. Many good options for picky eaters too!

Was a tiny bit messy here but our food looked and tasted really good. I had the pad thai which was excellent. I got the small so dont make the same mistake just get the large. My man got spicy japanese noodles and my 7 yr old got mac and cheese. Manager checked on us and we were gonna complain that it was a little sticky on our table but seems like he had it under control and the food was so good we let it go. Thanks noodles and co

Great food. They were busy and service took about 15 min, but not bad. Our group had Cauliflower gnocchi, pad thai, udon noodles & orange chicken. All tasted great.
