Long John Silver's - TEMP

Shequari was fantastic! I have NEVER had this level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. EVER! After serving patrons, she checked at every single table to ensure everyone had what they needed and that the food was good. Further, she constantly kept busy making sure the dining area was swept and clean. If I was a business owner, I would literally try and steal her as an employee -she was EXCELLENT!

The food was great, fresh, and hot! I had a craving for battered fish and chicken and left wondering why the heck we don’t come more often!

I don't eat here often, however my last experience was per usual the food was hot and fresh. The wait is always a little long but worth it. I always recommend the fish and chicken platter. Yes, Long John Silvers has chicken and it's actually some of the best fried white meat chicken I've had. The hushpuppies are always great, fries are fries nothing too special, but the seasoned green beans for a side is where it's at. Highly recommend giving this location a try.

So after my visit tonight I added a couple stars. We are in the middle of an employee pandemic. (AKA short staffed everywhere) I pulled up and was 6th in line. Sigh, but I waited to get the spouse his favorite fast meal. I heard the guy on the speaker tell the car ahead of me the wait could be 10 to 15 minutes for them. At this point I may as well stay. Got to the speaker and got the same 10 to 15 minutes speech. Ordered and pulled forward. Thankfully my wait was less. A lot less. The guy at the window was extremely friendly, thorough, and obviously working his hind end off. Got my food, hot and fresh and the order was correct. Thank you for a positive experience during these crazy times.

I love this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, the food is always good, and the rare times they've made a mistake, they have always been great about making it right. One of my favorite places!

The best service I've had in a long time. The people are amazing! I would recommend everyone visit.It made my day😁 oh and the food was amazing . Thanks to the cook and all the employees that were working at lunch on the 12 the of June

Awesome employees! Food always fresh at least when i go. Too bad the bell is out of service due to the covid. The condiment self serve station is no longer there for now. Try it you will love it.

They've changed their menu and have added many healthier and delicious options like grilled salmon, shrimp tacos (were actually very good) staff was friendly, covid conscious and the place was clean and in order.

Such incredibly nice kalamazooians...run this ship under pressure with ease and calmness..everything I ordered was perfectly delicious...I love all the specials offered constantly making for an affordable dinner to feed a team...super fun place to patronize for the kiddos too

The food was good & my server was very helpful when I was trying to get something to bring home to my mom. Mom loved her suggestion & I will go back there again.

My elderly, veteran dad loves to come here for a meal. The people are so patient and kind to help us get his food, his wheelchair to the table he wants, and his lemonade. Thank you to the nice people at Long John Silvers on Main Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan!

Love this place. The hush puppys were a bit greasy but taste good. The fish, shrimp, chicken and clams, yummy.

They still have the best fish. They have also upgraded their menu. You can now get salmon. The new menu is amazing.

This has always been my favorite chicken place. They have changed how the food is served but that's for the better

VERY PROFESSIONAL, I HAD A LEGITIMATE CONCERN THE MANAGER "TERENCE" I BELIEVE, HANDLED IT THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED. AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL THE WHOLE TIME. WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATED IT. TOO MANY BUSINESSES SIMPLY HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS & IT SHOWS THAT THEY DON'T CARE. HOWEVER THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE, SERVICE WAS GREAT AND SO WAS THE FOOD!!!

They got good everything here and same prices as mcdonald's which isn't very much. Good deals.. love them.

First time hear thought the food was going to be okay but turn out the food was terrific and I will become right on back.

Best to go inside for carry out. It was wonderful. Staff all concerned with food safety and cleanliness 👍
