The moment I walked in from the time I left I felt part of the runner family, everyone was incredibly nice, had a great attitude and their multi tasking was a true skill.

This Team went above and beyond the call of customer service in taking care of my needs.

I bought a pair of running shoes within a week of moving to another state. After running a few times, in the other state, I determined that these were not the right shoes for me. I called and had planned to be back in Michigan but not until JUST AFTER the 30 day return window, plus THEN we decided to not go to Michigan for another couple months. "Oh no! Do I have to be stuck with these shoes which do not feel good running in them?" I made my calls. This team is diligent in making the customer happy and keeping them happy! Management over at Linden Rd had to approve it but they allowed me to just ship them back to Michigan then they shipped me the other pair (that I tried on successfully when I initially bought the now returned pair). I even added some goodr glasses to the new order.

The new shoes are perfect after having ran many miles in them now!
I recommend this company definitely!

I had heard about Hoka shoes. Recommended by Chiropractors. Went in to Complete Runner in Grand Blanc because I am sometimes hard to fit and wanted to try them on. (Hoka shoes go up to size16W.) I got the Clifton 9. After walking on them for a few days, I have never worn a more comfortable shoe. They took good care of me at Complete Runner and I will be back!

I had a great experience buying shoes at Complete Runner! I am not even a runner. When I need a good athletic shoe in the future, I am definitely going back to Complete Runner. The entire buying process was great, staff extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and a great return policy. I entered the store and was greeted by Kevin. He was interested in what I was looking 👀 for and why. Kevin used the electronic foot measuring equipment. I am a size10, but right on the border between a "d" or "ee" width. The foot measure gave Kevin that information. I tried on a couple of "d" and thought 💭 I wanted to try a "ee". They didn't have any in stock for the shoe 👟 I wanted. Kevin took me over to the computer and showed me the various color options I had. I ordered the blue pair and was told I was under no obligation to purchase them. A week later the shoes came in. They called me right away. The wider shoe felt great. Nicole (also great) was helping me this time. I asked her about the return policy. She said, 5 days to return and 30 days to exchange. Wearing the shoes outside would not void the return policy.

Coming here is an entire experience of its own. You learn so much about yourself thanks to their new equipment and knowledgeable staff. If you're looking for a good pair of running shoes that will actually work, this is the place to go!
