Had a blowout on my boat trailer twice today. Got a hold of Ray's and they were able to get me right in and hook me up with 2 new tires. Got me back down the road in less than an hour. Great service and great price, very happy with them.

Thank you to Ray’s Automotive Service for helping us get back on the road so we could get home. We appreciate you opening up on Memorial Day to fix our flat tire when AAA sent out someone not capable of jacking up the motorhome and taking off the outer dually tire to get to the inner tire.

With 15 minutes until close. The guys at Ray’s Automotive Service. Did the seemingly impossible. I had a strip lug nut and a broken wheel lock. They use their vast knowledge and experience to deal with multiple issues one after another to get my family and I back on the road again. The customer service was so great that I assume that I was working with the owners.

Owner (Jeff) went above & beyond to assist me with a tire issue. His level of professionalism and willingness to spend extra time to help me are proof that SOME places still do provide exceptional customer service!

We blew out a trailer tire while heading to Silver Lake Apple BBQ Festival Thursday night. I believe it was Jeff who come out to put our spare tire on. I asked if he had tires to fit my fifth wheel. He said he had them in stock and would mount one up so could still travel with a spare if I could swing by his shop. He had a buddy stop in and they mounted up 4 new tires for me. We were on the road headed to Silver Lake in no time. What great service and it was after hours. Thanks again to Ray's Automotive.
