The folks here were extremely kind and helpful while we dealt with a frustrating logistical situation. I’m especially grateful for Jen, who was friendly and patient and helped me resolve issues with international money transfers. I would recommend this to anyone, especially Canadians passing through.

Omg they were so helpful!!! I wasn't sure about which avenue to go with either certified or what...I have important papers to mail and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I'm so grateful!!! Love em honestly patient and understanding!!! Couldn't have asked for better in the customer care department!

This is the best Post Office I have ever visited. The staff, especially Chris is always willing to help in a professional yet personal manner. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the entire staff at this location for always being able to answer my questions.

Most every visit to this location has been a success. From picking up packages, dropping off packages, and getting my passport all has gone extremely smooth. I am not sure the intelligence level of some of these reviewers giving one star just because of one or two mishaps or bad experiences. We have all had or made them. Remember, your mail has still been arriving daily and consistently for....how many years?...

I went to ask why my roku package was not delivered yet.They looked it up and it hadn't even left from the starting place in California.Not Post Office fault.

Great timely service even when busy. My favorite postal lady from the mall works at this location now so it nice to see another friendly face added to the already great staff there. Nothing but good things to say about this post office.

The person [ a real person] at the main post office in Port Huron solved my problem in seconds. The automated telephone [main - 800 number] response system could not solve the problem at all and needs to be upgraded or replaced!

Clerks are always very helpful and accommodating, and will even help suggest different packaging if it helps save on shipping costs. Always happy to do business with them.

I have no complaints. Never slow, grumpy, or crowded... the things people hate about the Post Office, so I'm happy.
