Really love this place, and all the food it has to offer. Great portion sizes, awesome food, quick service, and very polite staff. All those reasons are why I keep coming back.

Great folks and delicious fresh food! They worked with my food restrictions to make a meal I could enjoy with my family on Christmas Eve. They’ve obviously configured a complex effective COVID-blocking set up that is homemade, but it works. No big deal. (Can’t eat in right now 2021-2022)

So good that we came 3 days in a roll! Fresh ingredients and lots of flavors. Serving Poke bowl daily until 2:30pm.

Food came out relatively quickly and was nice and hot. Got the orange chicken, fried rice and crab Rangoon and everything tasted great! Will definitely be back!

Tea Garden Chinese Take Out is the perfect place for a Saturday night dinner. The lobby is a COVID-safe environment with separation between staff and customers. Our food is delicious! And took just 5-10 minutes!! I will be coming here again.

One of the best places for Chinese in the area. The food quality and consistency is what keeps me coming back. The owner and her family have done an amazing job running this restaurant and are always providing amazing food and amazing service.

This is also one of the cleanest restaurants I've been in. They do a superb job at keeping it clean.

I had chicken dumplings and shrimp shumai! Good shrimp flavor, nice and crunchy. And the steamed dumplings were good too. Sauce was tasty. Thank you!

Haven't been by here since my job moved. Was not feeling Culver's drive thru and line out the door. So we tried tea garden again. Loved the dinner combos with fried rice.

Very nice people and great tasting take-out! Highly recommend! By far best takeout in GR. Fresh food cooked to order. They take pride in their service. Other takeouts around GR lack flavor in their dishes. Tea Garden is DELICIOUS!

My fiance and I stopped into the Tea Garden for lunch, and we loved it. I ordered the shrimp and mushroom dinner, and she ordered lo mein. We also went a bit crazy and ordered the house fried rice, a couple of spring rolls, and some sweet and sour chicken. All of those items were delicious, and I'd like to go back and try other dishes. We ended up having enough leftover food to last us for the next day, and the price was pretty reasonable. The restaurant only serves pop in cans for those who want to eat in, and the dining area isn't huge, but it's designed to be more of a takeout place.

Hands down some of the best Chinese food I have ever had! The hot and sour is by far the greatest I’ve had. The food is always hot, full of flavor. We order at least 2 or 3 times a month. An it always hits the spot!!

I was blown away. I called in my order, drove down to get it, walked in, it was ready, it was hot, the portions were huge, and they really know their market, because the take out containers were perfect for stacking and storing instead of the usual paper boxes. The food was delicious, not the usual over sauced deep fried stuff with veggies from a can. It kept well overnight and made for a great lunch the next day, which is awesome for the value of a takeout place.

Bang bang chicken was fresh tasting and delicious. Complimentary egg roll was on point and came with a tasty sauce. Very friendly staff, quick turnaround, clean interior. I will be going back here in the near future to explore their other offerings.

Best Chinese food in Grand Rapids in my opinion. There is no buffet (which is great). All food is cooked fresh and ready in less than 10 minutes piping hot and always great tasting. Most dishes have lots of fresh veggies that are very crisp. Cleaner than must any restaurant and the staff is very friendly.

This food is some of the best Chinese food I've had. Always quick, hot, and fresh. The orange chicken is top notch. It's got flavor and just enough spice. I actually have orange slices in there. Inside is clean. Definitely my favorite Chinese place.
