Great clean facility

I’ve been happy with Colton’s Storage. Clean, conveniently located and family owned. Great, safe place to store things.

Very nice and clean, but not responsive to voicemail. Not easy to manage payments as you have to mail a check, pay in office (if you can catch her in the office) or pay by phone if she ever responds to your voicemail. If you move out early, you won't get a refund, so keep your lock on til end of month in case you might want to use it again. They are happy to double dip on rent.

I called to see how much a unit would cost left a message Thursday of last week never got a return call til the next day at around 11:30am and I was told it would cost me $45 for a 10x10 and then it would go up to $50 I believe she said the next month..... I was at an appt. But after that appt which she knew I was coming I told her 20 minutes it would take me to get there and when I finally arrived she was never there..... I knocked on the door a few times and waited but still no one so I left and won't return there again....
