Loon Feather Point Park

A great park for family fun and relaxing. Also, a beautiful place to sit and fish or watch the sun rise or set! Plenty of birds around as well. This park also has a large field that could be used for soccer, throwing a Frisbee, or various other activities!

Awesome park to hang out at, great spot for some drone shots and be a kid again. I bike around a lot in the area and I'm not sure how I missed this place. Ypsilanti is full of hidden surprises!

Amazing park that’s recently been renovated. Great water lookout point for Ford lake. Soccer fields, playgrounds, places for picnics and get togethers. Well maintained.

I had a large 4 inch diameter fishing spider in my home, which I captured, and released live by the water at Loonfeather Park in a shaded area. I was glad for the opportunity to release the spider at the park.

I walk this park alot with my dog, people are friendly,fishing on the dock,events in the pavilion ,pretty views of the Ford lk. Trash barrels always cleaned. Seems family friendly with playing fields.

Amazing gem of a park. I highly suggest the fishing pier for sunrises or sunsets.

Due to construction near the park it appears to be closed for now but, it is a very nice park and I'll be back once the work is done.

very nice, small park. no swimming, but people fish here. good for kids, a swingset for both babies and the standard swings. slide set too. the pond is beautiful and has a deck. lots of ducks and birds.

Visited the park on a nice weather day for lunch in April. I found one of the several picnic areas clean; the grass was green; there was a nice breeze, and calm people!

You meet the best people here. Good fishing, beautiful view, great place for a party or a barbaque. Well maintained, and a nice little place to get away. It has a pavilion, playset, swings, grills, picknic tables, a dock out over the water, a nice walking path, and several large open areas for games. It's my go to for everything.

New playground, clean bathrooms, water fountains on back of bathroom bldg, bridge to water, all in all lovely little park!!

Very nice & clean & peaceful & beautiful & would be nice if there were a porta potty but with covid i understand why there isn't one at the park & it's a great park otherwise & a great place for the whole family
