QDOBA Mexican Eats

Great food. The 2 ladies working in there today (3/22) are rock stars! They handled the lunch crowd with speed and patience. They both need a raise!

The woman who helped us really knew what she was doing and was very polite as she took care of us as well! She was helping us and helping instruct one of the guys on dating food and prepping stuff which I found impressive....as people tend to look overwhelmed by the multi tasking at some restaurants. My husband was a chef and kitchen manager for years so I've heard all the stories from different restaurants. Therefore I always appreciate someone who really looks like they know how to handle the job and do it well all while be friendly and polite!

Manager was there and made my bowl took her time to understand what I wanted. And everything I wanted on my bowl without rushing me. My food was just the way I like. And she was training. It's important to listen to customers like she did so they don't have to come back. Appreciate her.

One of my favorite places to eat but Qdoba becoming expensive these days. I still can't get over them charging for chips???

I had a carryout order in which the salsa and/or the guacamole (genuinely cannot remember) didn't make it to the bag, so I turned around and the workers were quick to remedy the situation by giving me doubles of the aforementioned items, a fountain drink, and information if I chose to reach out to corporate for any refunds. I did not feel compelled to do so as they made a strong point to make up for my return trip. The customer service has been really solid and the portions are very generous.

I see many bad reviews for this location, but thats not the experience i had. BRYCE was so nice and calm. THIS is one of the best experience i had with fast food restaurants in St. Louis. No nasty attitude or gross food.

Give them a chance !!

Good burritos and bowls. Guac does not cost extra. Today I got a free entre for my birthday.

It wasn't where I wanted to go but it was a nice place. Good employees working there. Very nice. I am not a big Mexican eater so I didn't really care for the food but the amount given verse what you pay is great. Especially in this day. I probably will go back at some point.

I had the veggie burrito bowl. I felt they gave me a great portion and the food tasted great. I visited around 1 pm and I had no wait.

I showed up here about 415 and everything was perfect! There was a lady in front of me that was incredibly rude and wouldn't hang up her phone to order, but the staff didn't show their frustrations at all. I spoke to all the young ladies afterwards, and they were so pleasant. Thanks for the nice conversation ladies! Also, my meal was delicious!!

I will go out of my way to this Qdoba. Even though there is a closer on ty house. They always go above and beyond with their service.

They were a bit busy for a Saturday but then again it was lunchtime . Cashier was polite and the team displayed teamwork. Food was hot and fresh. Would definitely return to this location.

It’s Qdoba Baby!!! It’s just good! Get a burrito or bowl however you like it with whatever you want in it! Always happy with what I get. The ladies at the counter were very friendly & helpful! Quick service & good food. Not from around here but would come back when in area!

This Qdoba was the best one I've been to. The service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was especially fresh. I can't say enough about the chips being fresh, so often the chips at other locations are stale, these tasted like they were just made!

My two brothers and I walked in around 9:45, 45 min before they closed, and the gentleman very politely explained that they were out of steak and chicken but offered what was still available. Despite the not-so-gentlemen behind us in line, both employees remained very calm and courteous. Thank you to the wonderful employees who served us. You all are saints for dealing with people like that while maintaining complete composure.

Great experience here, probably the best that I've had at a Qdoba in recent memory. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the manager, in particular, seemed to have a knack for customer service. Food was high-quality and fresh; I'll definitely be back.

This location is quite good. I as a rule don't like QDOBA but this location is a exception. Their meet is flavored correctly. Their staff was polite. I'll be back for years to come
