Great people working at this pharmacy that have went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I are taken care of and have all of our meds.Also we never have to wait longer than 15 to 20 minutes.Just call 20 to 30 minutes ahead for pick up.

The staff here is so friendly. They are always quick to fill my prescription and very accurate. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Nash is awesome!! He makes sure to make me feel appreciated every time I fill my prescription with him! They even offer delivery for those in need so my mom is also a customer and she loves it as well. He even remembers us when we do call or go there so it’s pretty nice. I don’t plan on changing pharmacies any time soon!

You couldn’t pay me to leave this pharmacy! He is so amazing. And his team is very nice. I am so lucky to have found such a reliable pharmacy that cares about me and the community it resides in.

Nashwan has to be one of the most honest, reliable, knowledgeable and kindest pharmacists I’ve ever met. I do not know how he goes above and beyond for myself as well as my patients and still maintains a smile on his face with the friendliest greeting and fun sense of humor. I can give stories to fill pages of how he has helped us all but instead I just did my best to summarize him and his staff in a few words, which is actually doing them an injustice. I cannot think of a more personal and caring approach than what they have provided since the day he opened his doors.
Highly recommend him without any reservations to patients and providers alike!

Nash the lead pharmacist is absolutely the best and hands down one of the nicest guys I have ever met in any form of business. He always calls me when my prescription is ready and has always had my best interest when there was a way to save money. One time he even called my perspiration plan and talked to an individual on my behalf to resolve an issue. Who does that?! He did! Really...you will not be disappointed with your experience here!

Excellent service, I highly recommend going here. I had a prescription for my dog that no other larger pharmacy such as Meijer or Walgreens had in stock and none of them offered help in getting it in stock. I called here and he said he could have it by the next day. The pharmacist was very nice and I am now getting my prescriptions filled here and he fills them very quickly.

Nashwan is a top pharmacist. He goes above and beyond to make sure patients get their medications at the right dose and time. He has a fantastic sense of humor, making sure the air remains friendly. Unlike CVS, Rite-Aid, and Walgreens; Arbor Lakes Pharmacy is a small, independent, and family-owned pharmacy, so your money is helping feed a family, not a corporation. Also, when a medication cannot be filled, for example because insurance doesn't cover it or because it's being refilled too early, Nashwan will tell you the reason so you're not left hanging. Overall, the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area is lucky to have Nashwan as a pharmacist, and I hope he keeps serving this area for the long term.

My goodness! I can't say enough good things. Nash was so helpful and labeled everything so well so that no mistake can be made when taking the medication. His customer service was exemplary. They really care about their patients. I highly recommend coming here.

This pharmacy is very good. The staff and the pharmacist are very nice, professional and helpful. I used to use big name pharmacies, I feel that this pharmacy actually cares about the patients and their needs. They also provide complimentary beverages while you wait. They are fast and efficient.

COVID-19 testing was so quick and easy. I got there early and the guy at the front desk was so nice and funny - made the whole experience of having a stick go up your nose much more pleasant. The woman who administered my test was also very nice. Thank you guys!

This independent & locally pharmacy has done so much to help myself & my moms companion who is an elderly man with cancer. They’ve saved us money, helped us understand our options & been extremely helpful every step of the way. Highly recommended.

I used to be a pharmacy technician and the BIG BRAND pharmacy i worked for had P&Ps in place that did not have the customer's best interest in mind. Arbor Lakes Pharmacy surpassed any and all of my best interests, while being informative and above all else wonderfully courteous.

Excellent service. The staff and the owner are very friendly. They will work with your doctor and insurance and fill your prescription very quickly with no wait, and they also deliver for free. Best pharmacy ever.

Very fast service. I had just had dental extractions and was feeling pretty bad so they said they would be extra quick filling the order but we never expected it to be that fast. Took maybe 10-15 minutes for three different prescriptions and I was VERY grateful since I was hurting at that very moment. Nice place and nice people. I definitely recommend. And they even have a delivery service for customers.

Every year it seems there are fewer and fewer independent, family owned businesses. This is one of the good ones.

At first it seems like their selection of over the counter medicine is very small but that's because they only have 1 generic of everything (cold medicine, laxatives, aspirin, etc) instead of say, Walgreens and their 10 different versions of each thing.

My family of 5 has been getting our prescriptions filled here for years and haven't had to go anywhere else to get what we need for all the bumps, scrapes and colds we've caught, too.

They are the best. They have my RX here on time monthly and make a delivery other times of the month if I need it. Best Pharmacy I have ever had. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you
