JG Mechanical repaired my furnace last week. I’ve been a homeowner for forty years and dealt with many contractors, and Joe was outstanding.
He was prompt, reliable, honest, and best of all extremely knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, left a clean space, explained the repair as he worked on it, and presented me with a very reasonable bill. You don’t find many contractors these days like Joe.

Let me preface this review by saying my experience with Joe and his team was very pleasant. All were gentlemen with great dispositions and a professional approach. So, I had been having issues with my heat pump, with the fan not turning on to provide heat or cooling. I called JG after reaching out to a larger company earlier who attempted to upsell me on a completely new HVAC system at an outrageous price. Joe and his team arrived and we’re very pleasant to work with. The exact issue I was having wasn’t able to be duplicated when they arrived, but based on what was happening, he believed it could be related to the system’s logic board. He later came and replaced it but it did not remedy the issue. Joe did good by us by refunding the cost of the work as it turned out to not be the solution. While they weren’t able to fix the problem, JG Mechanical is the rare company who displays honesty and integrity as they voluntarily reached out to refund the cost of the service. I have no doubt that they perform good work, as evidenced by the other reviews I’ve seen on them, I just seem to have had an evasive problem with my system.

Joe and his crew responded quickly to my call. We had no a/c on our second floor. It was determined that the compressor had failed. Realizing the next three days we’re going to be in the high 80’s, Joe found a replacement unit and installed it promptly. Great job!!

I called JGMechanical to make several repairs needed on my home. They got back to me quickly & scheduled my work. They were prompt and did a great job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!

Joe is honest and straightforward. He has serviced my central ac and furnace. I have used his services for a couple of years and will continue to do so. More reasonable than the big conglomerates.
