I am always treated courteously when I go to this store. Everyone is very helpful and if I have an Amazon return, I am always in and out in less than a minute. If you take responsibility to follow Amazon's instructions or research the instructions for your own package, it will be a pleasant experience.

Their customer satisfaction is truly unmatched especially with printing services. I get all my printing done here, their quality is phenomenal and like I said customer service is fantastic. I will be a customer for life!!

I recently made a purchase from a local Auction House. I contacted UPS Fishkill and spoke with Dipti. This was my first time ever doing anything like this and she went over and above to assist me with the process of getting my item packaged and making sure to get the most reasonable shipping costs. Out of the three locations recommended by the Auction House this was the only one that followed up with me and made sure that everything was taken care of. The item was antique glass and had many pieces. Each piece was wrapped and taped individually and boxed very well. I greatly appreciate your assistance in making this a very smooth transaction and I highly recommend them for any of your shipping needs.

The workers are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The owner, Ramesh and his employees Khalil, Allen and Renata are always professional and so patient. I love that they also will add additional tape on your packages to ensure a safe delivery. I have brought in items which are difficult to pack and they packed it for me. I sent a lap top computer and a 14 by 18 inch picture frame and both have arrived in perfect condition.
I have been going to this store for over a year now and I LOVE THIS PLACE!

After visiting this store in Fishkill New York I must say I received some of the best customer service I have ever received..not just at a print shop but at a store in general. I was helped by young man named Kyle who was extremely helpful and patient. Even though the store was slightly busy. He took time to help me and make sure that everything I needed was done properly and that my document also came out right. I appreciate that even though UPS is a large company this business still has a mom and pop feel. Great customer service all around, prompt service and a nice friendly atmosphere I definitely recommend this store over other options in Dutchess County.

We recently shipped several highly breakable and valuable pieces of studio pottery (on behalf of a client) to an auction house located across the country. Dipti was very patient with all of our questions and assured us that the items would be carefully packaged. The auction house reached out to us to let us know that the pottery arrived in perfect condition and they made a point to comment on how carefully everything was wrapped. We would recommend Dipti and her team at the Fishkill UPS Store without hesitation -- especially if you need something special shipped.

This is a great place for all your office needs. The store is ran by some of the friendliest people on this side of town. Always helpful and knowledgeable they are under the special care of Ramesh, who is an exemplary store owner. I have been coming here for years and never once had a problem. There is a review by a Baramjit who I cannot seem to wrap my mind around. Every UPS store makes their money on packing and shipping, it is their bread and butter. Packing, shipping, cost of a box and handling are all costs one should expect when walking into a UPS store. Leaving a bad review because you cannot grasp the concept of this very well known business model should not allow you to do so. Next time, you can always walk a back alley and find an old amazon prime box and do the packing and shipping yourself with your own label. I stand loyal by this store and its workers.

I love this UPS store!!! (Fishkill - CVS Plaza). I started going here for Convenience - near my Gym (Gold’s).
Over time I have become more acquainted with the Center Manager - Renata, who is knowledgeable, helpful,
and extremely accommodating! I now know I can obtain trustworthy advice on how to most efficiently package items, send returns, purchase packing boxes, and even do my shredding. The Customer Service at this site is Great, and I feel so lucky to interact with such personable individuals in my locale! 👍

Excellent customer service! I am not one to write reviews however since I do not have a printer at home, I go to the store to print/scan documents often. Khalil, Renata and Ramesh (depending what time of the day) are so helpful and friendly. Store 4839 is the best. They work so hard to give the best customer satisfaction! Thank you.

I am a frequent customer at my UPS Store # 4839, I was standing by watching the manager owner Mr Ramesh, helping a customer ,Mr Ramesh went above and beyond trying to help the custmer. The customer became very arrogent and wanted to know why he had to pay for packing service which amounted to 4 dollars and change. Mr Ramesh politely mentioned to the customer .This is the charge for packing your lose items that you requested us to do. With this . the customer became outraged and mentioned he was going to report ,Mr Ramesh, As mentioned is an outstanding manager, he did nothing wrong, he in fact went above and beyond trying to help the customer, And he only got verbly abused. by the customer Mr Ramesh was very calm and polite during the encounter. A true gentlemen

I love this store. It is in my neighborhood, and I went there initially for convenience, but now I know I can rely on the staff there. I have packages held due to previous problem with theft, and the staff at the Fishkill store are always professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The workers serve customers very quickly. I also like that you can show the bar code or QR scan from your cell phone to complete a transaction.

Ramesh Who I think is the owner I’m not sure but helped me out tremendously I came in here today and I was very anxious and he called me down told me it was all going to be OK and that he would help me look the fullest of his expense and we need more people like this person running the stores because not enough people want to help the customers they just want to get the money and leave
