I have been going to see Rae for 30 years or so. What does that tell you? She's the best!

Rae has been cutting my hair for more years than I want to admit. She's good, listens to what you want and will tell you (like it or not) if she thinks it will do what you want it to. Some hair just isn't right for certain cuts. But will still do what you decide you want to do, if she can. And she'll tell you if she can't. Rae is great! Very friendly and funny.

You are always made to feel welcome,she listens to what you want done and does it yet she also recommends other options. She is very accommodating on your schedule and works with you if she,or you have to change an appointment. Never pressures you to rebook.highly recommend Danville hair😀😀

I got a trim, an angle, and highlights. I was told when I first got there, that if I was not satisfied, I could come back and she’d fix it without charging me.
The cut and angle was great. The highlights were not as plentiful as I would have liked and my hair looks half done.
I called to explain and thought I wanted to make a second appointment for her to fix it, only to find out she went back on her word and was going to charge me for color.
I wasn’t satisfied, period. I should not be charged.
I explained what I was unhappy about and called her on it. First she wouldn’t charge me to fix it, then she decided she would charge me.
Trying to get an appointment was frustrating because there was little time to choose from.
It was a disappointing experience in regards to scheduling, communication, lack of professionalism, and it was a waste of money.
