Chevrolet service was very easy to work with. Did what they could to get my girlfriend’s vehicle in ASAP as her window motor failed when it was -20° outside. They did not pressure me into anything, even though they knew i needed it repaired. Would most definitely recommend!

Great experience getting my beautiful new Trax! Renee and Dylan were so helpful and wouldn’t let me take the car home until it was pristine. There was a film left on it from shipping that they had to work for several days to remove - I would never have known, but it would have become my problem down the road. They had the integrity to make sure the car was flawless before they sent it with me and I truly appreciate that! Service at MM is personal and that makes it special.

I cannot say enough positive things about Brandon. I went in yesterday just to look at cars. I admittedly was very frustrated with the experience I had at the dealership prior. I express this to Brandon and what I was wanting to do, without hesitation he helped me out. He showed me a few cars, including one I didn't find online. He was patient and answered every question I had. I had zero plans on buying a car that day but ended up walking out the door with one that I loved. I had a very good customer experience working with Mankato Motors Chevrolet on my recent purchase of a new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado. Brandon Z was great in helping to find a truck that was close to what I built with the online Silverado Web tool. He was also very easy to work with in customizing the truck with the wheels and accessories that he did not find on available trucks. The offer on my trade-in was very fair. Mankato Chevrolet has good honest people working at their dealership and I would definitely recommend them.

I found a Tahoe through the Chevrolet inventory site. I called Mankato Motors to check on the availability and I was fortunate to have Cary take my call. Cary checked availability and got back to me within 15 minutes and from that point he texted his contact information and within the same day we completed the transaction. The service advisor Mark kept me well informed. Parts were not available and we weren’t sure when they would come available. Mark didn’t always have good news but he shared nonetheless and empathized with me. He’s a great service advisor! Can’t thank him enough. The dealership as a whole has been great for me!

I can't even explain how GREAT my experience was!! Paul is the nicest and most patient guy to buy a car from. Dustin went above and beyond for me. They actually care about your experience. The reason why this was so important to me is that I am a widow. I went there alone and they treated me with the utmost respect. I will be back to buy every car through them.
