I needed some golf shoes. The attendant I worked with was Pierre. Pierre was not only a GREAT GUY… he was knowledgeable and very professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson or a better guy to not only point me in the right direction for golf shoes… but have a great conversation and a good laugh. Cheers Pierre,you da man.

This place is really huge. They did an awesome job transforming the old Sears. Nice clean store. Lots of employees around to help and answer questions and every one was very friendly. Some things are definitely on the higher end when it comes to price given the location. I definitely recommend this place even if your not getting much just check it out. They definitely dont sell ant clothes over a size XL.

Plenty of brand named clothes. My grandchildren love this place. In keeping with my senior citizen budget, I always look for the great sale prices!
I love that they will bring your order out to your car! No wait, call the number on the sign in the parking spot and within minutes they are out there!!

Today received exceptional help from footwear associate Bella P. She gave me great advice on the best sneakers for my needs and brought out several pairs for me to compare. Bella was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thank you Bella

The associates were professional and understood my needs in my situation. I made some really good deals today. I’m glad I came. Despite how crowded the parking lot was a week before Christmas, I was in and out within half an hour.love my elliptical. Can’t wait til they deliver and assemble it.

The ice rink and team that run it is amazing. So glad we got the pass with rental skates. I'm really impressed with the teams customer service. I also appreciate the bathroom being accessible in skates! Check out the news it will be featured there soon.

I would like to call attention to the store manager, Ed. I called in with an issue, I wanted to pick up a new Pittboss Smoker, but I couldn't get in for a week. Ed said he would hold the smoker and the price till I could get in, I took this with a grain of salt based on past experiences with other stores. The evening I showed up, everything was ready for me, they brought it up from the back, and loaded it into my car. I was absolutely impressed by all the employees, everyone was very helpful and professional. I know what it takes to get a crew like that, and Ed is the one that did it. Well done, you've trained your team extremely well. I've actually gone back again for another item, again with the same fantastic experience!

Had a great experience in the golf department yesterday with Tim. As a beginner golfer, it can be intimidating buying new clubs, but Tim made the process a lot easier. I went in looking for a new driver and putter, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Tim was friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of my budget! I am very happy with my purchase.

Love this place, I could work there, but I'd spend my whole check every week at the store.

Had a great experience with Mike in the Golf department. Had a fitting for irons and he really took the time to find me the right set of clubs for my swing. Also helped me find irons within my price range. I would highly recommend you check this store out specifically Mike. Ended up getting shoes and putter all for a fair price. Again highly recommend you check this store out!

Tim B from Golf area, he is great guy and help me find right resource for my swinging practice and show me different mallet of putter which fit me better. Help understand myself which fit me and how can I improve myself at home. Convince me bought Orange swing training with weight to help me break habit from move my wrist. He told me can do five min everyday at home and bring with me to range or golf course. Tim B really help me increase confident myself before tournament this Saturday!

Everyone was very friendly. Sam did an awesome job helping me pick out a pair of cleats.

I need some new Nike footwear today and the store did not have my size but Jarryd, who is outstanding, ordered it for me online and I will have it in two days. Jarryd saved the day!

Recently went in looking for new shoes and Janay S. helped me out. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. She stuck with me after many preferences. And hopped between the woman’s and children’s sections with me. Thankfully I have small feet and could save money on the shoes and got kid ones! Janay was amazing, I would 100% recommend her in the future!

Had a 5-star experience with John from fitness sales team lead. He helped me purchase a treadmill...he was knowledgeable, patient and flexible. Walked me through the process and looked for the best possible deal for me. Thanks man!

This store is clean, bright and well organized with friendly staff and a great selection no matter what you're looking for! I always love shopping here and never leave with less than what I intended to get. It's also super convenient that it's attached to Eastview Mall.

I recently came in with a ton of returns from after the holidays... which are never enjoyable in mass amounts. Luckily, I had all the receipts with all the items being returned. The customer service associate, Josh (taller, slender, incase there are multiple Josh's, his tag also said he was an outdoor associate), was an incredible help. His service was beyond 5 stars and he made this process so easy. As we know, customer service has been a struggle this last year but Josh proved this to be the complete opposite. He deserves some recognition for his outstanding service!! Thanks again Josh!
