"I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut at this shop , and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not only is she incredibly skilled at her craft, but she's also one of the friendliest and most professional barbers I've ever met. From the moment I walked into her shop, I felt welcomed and at ease. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered her expert advice to ensure I got the perfect haircut.

Good people run this business good place to get a haircut.
Only issue is when you call, many times there’s no answer.
One can only assume they’re not open, even though hours say they are supposed to be.
A digital message Saying they are open or closed would be helpful.

MAN OH MAN! The nostalgia! I miss my Barber Mike that i had to pleasure to know from 1994-2013 when i was young Metuchen kid. I loved walking into his shop and listening to 1950's music and his baseball art around the shop. He was the BESTTTT! I'm listening to 50s music now and reflecting back to Mike! My brother told me about him when i was 8 years old. He treated me with respect and always made me feel like fam! Love you MIKE!

My old barber for more than a decade went on a very well deserved retirement. Went to this place for the first time. I wasnt aware that this was cash only so didnt have any cash. Joyce said I can pay later. I mean they had never met me before, provided the hair cut only to realize i couldnt pay and then asked me to pay later. I was extremely overwhelmed by this gesture. I immediately used the nearest ATM and paid them for their wonderful service. But the gesture has left an everlasting impression on me. Thank you Joyce for your generosity and trust. I think I have found my new barber for life.

Nice little shop, simple and to the point, you want a nice haircut and that's what you will get.
Second haircut, Joyce remembered that and as she said, as people return she becomes more accustomed to their cuts. Glad I found this shop after my previous barber retired.

While the shop is walk-in only, there is rarely a long wait.
Try to go earlier in the day. Because her shop is so popular and it is just her cutting hair, sometimes she has to close the shop a little early.
Accepts cash and Venmo.

Joyce is very nice and gives a great haircut at a reasonable price. Place is very clean and busy for good reason

They do a nice trim of women's hair. They don't do styling of women's hair.. Tiny space. Clean and friendly. Very brief wait at midday. Parking is around back on the right side of the building.

First time at this place. Very welcoming. Great cuts and nice barbers. Definitely going back.
