First time went to this liquor shop. Super friendly service. Cashier guy has great knowledge about the products. Must stop by again!

I have a great time every time I go in here! The people are so friendly and great at giving suggestions. They really know their stuff. The attention to detail is great too as they scrape off the price tags when you buy something so that the bottle looks nice on your shelf. It's a little small so they may not have exactly what you need, but they'll definitely give you a good suggestion if that's the case!

Great, local liquor store. Worth stopping in if you’re in the neighborhood or if you’re wanting something special. It’s smaller than you might expect, but they rotate the selection often. Prices are pretty comparable to other sellers. 5/5 stars!

I love this place and I was a regular at their Saturday tastings for all of the 5 years I lived in Madison. Jim knows his wines and is so friendly. How often could you find great selection of 5-6 wines for a free tastings, often with snacks, and always with a great knowledgable host! I have moved many times since I left Madison, lived on two more continents and had not been to such awesome wine shop as Cork'n Bottle! Not to mention the ~13 Years old German white wine Jim shared with us for his 40th birthday. Thank you!

A neighborhood treasure in Tenney-Lapham. The staff are courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. They manage to keep a surprising collection and selection of beer, wine, and spirits in so small a space. When I wanted a specific wine I'd got there a year previous, they ordered it for me, and I had it in less than one week, at a fair price. I think it is nice to do business with a people place rather than a concrete box managed on behalf of a giant corporation. This is a people place.

Fantastic service. I don't know anything about wine and they were very helpful and informative of a nice bottle of wine for mine and my wife's year anniversary. Haven't tried it yet but will update.

One of the best liquor stores around. We typically go for the great selection of liquors, liqueurs, and amari. Also a solid selection of beer that rotates regularly. Recently went in to ask for a specific bottle which they didn't carry, but by the next time we visited, it was on the shelf.

They do not sell small bottles such as airline size or 350 mL. They carry the better brands starting at about 14 a bottle. Limited selection of tall boys. Also carry CBD water 6 packs or maybe it is 4? I bought the strawberry flavor once and it was very good.

Quaint full service Liquor emporium. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff about wines and beers. Located on East Johnson Street in a family and college student neighborhood. Very large selection of quality wines in all price categories.

Don't let the outside, or the size of this place fool you. I didn't want to go in when I saw it, but I'm glad I did! Selection for such a small place is amazing!

One of the rums I travel to find (Smith and Cross) was not only available, but recommended to me by the staff when I acted like I didn't know much about it! When I revealed that I use it in Tiki cocktails, the staff member told me it was her first choice when making a Mai Tai! Mine, also!

In all, I spent several hundred dollars on rum, cognac, fine vermouths, and aperatives. Very satisfied with Cork and Bottle!

Great beer selection! I bought some Champagne Velvet Beer and Treffpunkt. Dogs welcome in the store. Friendly staff!

Probably your best bet if you're looking for something specific. Pretty vast beer selection, including smaller batches & single bottles, lots of different spirits of the standard varieties, and (interestingly) a few kinds of port wine, if you're into that sort of thing.

I don't go down to this place enough. I love this place these guys are so knowledgeable about every single bottle that's in their store if they don't like it they don't carry it, but everything is really top shelf.
