Wow, similar to the post below, I have been looking for this Urban Decay eye pencil for close to 2 years! I am Canadian and had tried the maker, Sephora US and Sephora CAD. No luck, it's my signature colour for a few years now. So I am a Happy Canuck, as we're known. And to top it all off, the customer service is stellar, a real person emails you back! How novel in this day and age; I was told they will LMK if another one crosses their path. Yahoo Brigettes, job well done!

Any company with customer service this good deserves five stars and high recommendation. I had an issue with my order and they answered my email within minutes. Also answered my response within minutes and send me a new order with tracking number. Really an amazing experience, would not hesitate to order any products from this company.

I was surprised and SO pleased with this boutique! I had never heard of this site before, so I was very skeptical about purchasing from them. Regardless of my skepticism, I decided to buy a good amount of product from them. I bought two Mally makeup sets and a TheBalm lipstick. This is my fourth time ordering from here and it has been a while. It wasn't until this last time that I told myself I should probably write a review. I can't say anything more than this: I am extremely happy with this site. This is the only place I can actually buy some discontinued products in my area (or products I can't find in stores anymore). They have the best dupes for an incredible price, and to top it off the shipping literally always exceeds my expectations!!! Love it !

Fabulous fast and easy transaction, excellent packing and shipping- how did I not know about Brigette's Boutique!

I'll admit- at first, I was skeptical to use these guys. I had been procrastinating to buy a brush set from Tarte on the busiest shopping weekend of the year. While dilly-dallying, it became SOLD OUT on every normal channel, apart from ebay where the prices were extortionate! I refreshed Google quite a few times to see that Brigette's Boutique had just 4 sets in stock, and proceeded to order one. I ended up paying the same price as I would have on the other sites- maybe Tarte's Black Friday sale might have saved me ~ $5 more. Anyway, I had a live person to chat to about them accepting Paypal, which put some of my fears at ease. My order was shipped on a Saturday and I got it on Monday...across the country, mind you. I didn't care for any other brush set but this one, and BB made a great call to nab a few to sell for themselves.
