Love Patrick's. A buddy of mine invited me there because he loves to play Keno and promised me they had really good food.
So I ordered their skyline nachos.
They were really good. My main dish was their breaded wings with the Asian Zing sauce. Fantastic, they were served hot and so crispy and tender. I would definitely order both items again. As it turned out I made another trip shortly after and decided on the BLT with a fried egg.
Man was that good.
I would highly recommend stopping in at Patrick's and ordering anything on the menu.

This is a west side staple, very basic yet solid bar restaurant and grill that is not overly pretentious, yet is quiet with great food and insanely good prices. We will absolutely be back. The parking lot is small and constantly packed which is just a sign that they are successful for a reason. We really enjoyed the fish And chips special and had great service. The place is clean even if it’s not fancy, come here for cheap good food and cheap drinks! They even have dessert. Above average bar food at stellar prices

After reading great reviews, we decided to check it out. We went on a Wednesday & since they were doing family feud, we reserved a table for 9. The food was delicious and a lot cheaper than most restaurants. Family feud was fun for adults and kids. The cookies and cream pie was amazing! Our service was great

The bartenders are really friendly, and there are a lot of regulars. The breakfast food is my favorite. They have great egg sandwiches, omelettes, and home fries. They also have burger specials during the week. All of the food options are a good value, I haven't been disappointed. On Wednesdays they have family feud style trivia which always draws a big crowd. Luckily, there is overflow parking available, because the lot can get full quickly. There is outdoor seating, and when it's nice out they open the garage door style wall to outside.

I truly love this place! Great food, service and atmosphere!!! Their outdoors patios are a nice touch during warmer weather! 👌

Buddy of mine works here, so I pop in on a humble, and to my surprise, they have a Hoagie/fries special for 7.99 and oNg that Sumbich was really decent. Matched it with a cold beer and walked out, spending 12$ with a tip ... shoot.. allday

Patrick's has the best Fish Friday in Cincinnati. The piece of cod they serve is huge. You could easily make two meals out of it; however, it tastes so good you can't help but finish it. The breading on the fish is amazing, it is light and flavorful. The tartar sauce is blended perfectly and makes the ideal enhancement to the fish and fries. If you don't want to eat in, they also offer curbside service.

I went to Patrick's last Sunday to watch the Bengals beat the Chiefs, and it was a very pleasant experience. Maddie was my bartender. She provided me with excellent service and good conversation. The pizza was just okay, but it was overshadowed by the great atmosphere and the super service from Maddie!

I would like to give Patrick's and Maddie 6-Stars, but Google will only let me give 5!

Great waitresses and awesome owner. Pat has restored this back to an awesome hang out. And serves Goetta. Hard to find on Westside.

First time visit . Really sweet staff. Attentive and respectful. Also very good looking blonde lady who treated us like Gold! The food was hot and tasted great. We stayed a long time without pressure to leave. The TV choice was off the chain as well!

Great place to enjoy watching the games! Great Food - Great Drinks - Great Service! Inside and outside dining. Excellent Mom and Pop neighborhood tavern. Owners and staff take pride in keeping the business clean.

I have been a fan of Patrick's from the beginning. I am a throwback from Crookshank Restaurant. Perfect food at a perfect price. Tradition and quality go hand and hand.
