Triple M Massage

I found Triple M through the purchase of a groupon, and I am SO thankful I did. I will say that some of her policies are not typical (I.e. requiring a credit card upon booking any appointment, including a groupon), but I discussed them with her at my first appointment, and she was very transparent and explained the reasons behind it (reasons I found to be valid, by the way).

She is a small business owner who has built her business completely debt free, a fact of which she is proud, and I absolutely concur. Don't expect a super fancy, expensive studio, and don't expect an "uppity" masseuse. She's very down to earth, and her location is very clean, neat, and very cute, but it isn't fancy. Don't come expecting that.

Now, if you are looking for a great massage, THIS is the place to go. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have done full-time data entry for 6 1/2 years. Consequently, I need frequent massages and have tried many places. I found a place I liked a few years back, but they are a full-service salon and spa who ended up discontinuing massage at their location; I was on the hunt for a new favorite. I had never heard of Triple M; I don't think I'd even been to Edgerton! But boy, was it worth the drive! She tailored my massage to EXACTLY what I needed. The entire time of my first appointment was spent on my neck, shoulders, and forearms--exactly the places I told her were the worst. She did a fantastic job, and throughout the massage and even afterward, she explained various things I could do in between massages to help myself. I took her advice, did what she told me, and upon my 2nd visit, I was in much better shape :) and she was able to focus on other areas. At the end of my 2nd appointment, she gave me further tips on the areas she worked on to help me even further.

Bottom line: she knows what she's doing. She's extremely knowledgeable about anatomy--muscles, tendons, stretches--how everything works together. And she LISTENS to you and tailors your massage TO YOU. I have had dozens of massages at many different locations; I can say unequivocally that she is one of the best, if not THE best, that I've ever been to. She is worth your time, she is more than worth the money, and she is worth jumping through the few hoops that she has to have in place to be successful in her business. Give her a chance; come with an open mind. You will not be disappointed in her work.

Please do not buy a Groupon from this company! I have been a consumer of Groupon for several years, and I have never had an issue. I bought two Groupon's for myself and my fiancé back in February and I was not able to make an appointment. When I was finally able to speak with someone on the phone, the woman on the other end of the phone was extremely rude! She made it clear that I was supposed to fill out information on their website. But this information was never listed on the Groupon and it was never passed on to me. There are other people on this company's Facebook page who have posted negative reviews in regards to using Groupon through this company. Unfortunately, some companies view Groupon as a annoyance. However, I use Groupon as a tool to find places that I would like to use in the future. There are several companies that I found using Groupon and I am now a regular customer. Contrary to what this company has stated, I am not entitled. I just think that customer service should be at the forefront of any business especially ones that are trying to establish more clientele with an application like Groupon. Needless to say, after five months of trying to book an appointment my fiancé and I will not be getting massages. Very disappointing.
