Aby's Mexican Restaurant

Went there tonight, the food was as amazing as before the fire! The new furniture was beautiful and our server was lovely! Seriously a hidden gem in Central NJ! Thrilled they are back!

I've been to this place before but my first time dining here and it was really good. The food was delicious, the prices are reasonable and they will feed you.

Glad this place is open again - excellent food and even better service. We'll be back soon!

I had a chicken burrito which was very big and tasty. We also started with the spinach cheese dip that was delicious. Since it was my birthday, we ordered the Churro with strawberry ice cream and chocolate sauce. Great atmosphere and service.

My family and I had dinner at Aby's this week and it is by far one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Attentive staff, fresh food and an inviting, comfortable atmosphere. We were not hurried in any way and we enjoyed a relaxing evening with excellent cuisine and company. We will return and let family and friends know of this great find!

We were in the area shopping for a front door. Decided to check what’s around for a quick sit down dinner. Aby’s came up. We love authentic Mexican cuisine. Well no wait, food came quickly. Super fresh. I always go with the old stand by of Fajitas. Well the hot plate came and it wasn’t the old stand by. Great flavor. Tasty 😋 Never had Fajitas so rich with flavor. Definitely will be back. And goes with out saying I definitely RECOMMEND YOU VISIT

Let me start off by advising anyone who wants to make a reservation with this restaurant not to do it online. I used the reservations link on their website, successfully sent them a reservation request for a Saturday evening, and when we got there my name was not in their system. I do hope that someone from the restaurant is reading this and will take note that the webpage reservation link does not work. Do yourself a favor and call them directly to make your reservations.

Outside of that, I have nothing but accolades to give this eatery. Was there a week ago with a party of 6 and the food and service was fantastic. And, since this is not my first time eating here, I can say that this Mexican restaurant is consistently good. Best of all, the food is not expensive and makes for a cheap night out while you dine like a king.

Great food. Staff very helpful. Salsa salty this time. Desserts also very good. My only beef with this place is for the price, I should not have to pay for the first serving of chips. The soups are excellent and I love abys taco. And yes every time I go there the server warns me that it not really a taco.

Awesome food! I have loved everything I have ever ordered from here!! The perfect date night, casual dinner place. I order from here like once a month it’s THAT good. And i left my purse inside accidentally and the waiter was kind enough to run it out to my car in the freezing cold before I drove off! Wonderful service

Never had a bad meal or experience. It is a byo so keep that in mind.

Edit: I went again yesterday for dinner and the food was great as usual. I just want to highlight the patience of our server and the manager who had to deal with a customer who was giving them a hard time about her bill. She was upset about a few dollar upcharge when she had ordered extras with her meal. She was very rude but the waiter and manager kept their cool and we're very professional.

We absolutely love eating at Aby's! The food has been amazing everytime, consistent, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices. It's also BYOB! Without question, its certainly an easier choice for dining

Great little place in an out of the way location. . It was not crowded when we went and the service was great. The food was excellent. Reasonably priced. The server was particularly attuned to the needs of my friend who is vegetarian which we appreciated. . Highly recommend.

By far my favorite Mexican restaurant aside from actually going to Mexico!! Food is great and it's BYOB!! Love the salsa too! Have been going here for years. Staff is great! They remember you and your order! Had a party here a few years ago and they did a great job!

The place is the BEST!!! You can taste the freshness in every delicious bite. A great meal at a great value. Service was terrific. Bring family and friends, you won't be disappointed.

Great food. Well seasoned. Fast service. Awesome location, it's not often that you can enjoy dinner with your kids and see the train past. We live in NY where most train are underground or above ground. Not right out the window. Very polite staff and very helpful

Chicken tacos were very good. This chicken was very tasty. The soft tacos were fresh feeling and tasting. They give portion of rice and refried beans as a side and chips and salsa.
They also made my meal very quickly because I was in a rush.

Went for outdoor dining, the atmosphere was nice and the waiter was friendly and helpful. Food was beyond delicious, alittle on pricier side but well worth it. Can't wait to go back- keep it up!

Pretty nice experience. Didn't know some of the stuff on the menu but the people here were nice enough to explain and give examples. The tacos that I had were really good and they give pretty good chips with salsa. I would come back here again. Needed a nice place for my lunch break and I found one.

Loved it! Went there last night for a birthday dinner. The food was outstanding, the service was great. The new place is clean and inviting. The dessert was homemade and just as tasty as dinner. I def recommend it and will be back again. It's also BYOB! A plus for me :)
