I definitely give Chance’s Couches a five star review. They had a quick response when I contacted them interested in a couch. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their merchandise. When i arrived at the store, i was greeted quickly by the very friendly professional staff that worked with me to find the most beautiful couch for my small space. The process went quick and smooth and my couch was delivered shortly after. I highly recommend you check them out. I will be recommending all my friends to go there. I am so glad I was able to stop in today. I LOVE my new couch. Thank you to the staff for all of your help , patience and service. I truly appreciate it!

I had a great experience. They were helpful from the minute I walked in the door. I was torn between a few styles of couches and was taking my time to decide. The next day, they sent me a picture of a style and color I was looking for that was an even better match for me. I stopped by the store to see it in person that afternoon, and had it delivered at my house less than 2 hours later. They even took care of disassembling my previous couch and removing it. The customer service was top notch and they were extremely friendly. I would strongly recommend them and will definitely use for future furniture needs.
